Supply and install vertical openwell submersible pump, three ph , 5 HP (3.7 KW) Openwell Submersible Pump suitable for pipe size suction x Delivery 80x80 mm, head-08-22 meter and discharge 22.6-10 LPS including taking down unsv pump of any type and size from any depth all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make-Kirloskar KOS-520+* or equivalent in CG, Grand Force or Havells.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of CI/DI/GI pipes, poles, stay, laying cables etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of tubes med grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches of size 80 mm (3.0”) complete including taking down any type and size of pipe all as specified and directed.

Supply , installation, testing & commissoning of transformer of capacity 250 KVA step down outdoor type copper wounded 11/0.433 KV ( at no load ) AC 3 phase 50 HZ on secondry side double wound oil immersed naturally all air cooled with external cooling tubes /rediator fins , delta connected as on primary and star connected with neutral brought on secondary side and having tapping at (±) 2.5%, (±) 5% & (±) 7.5% to be changed by hand operated OFF LOAD tap changing gear. The maximum temperature rise shoud not exceed 45⁰ (degree) centigrade in oil and 50⁰ (degree) centigrade in HV/ LV winding when measured by the resistance method after countineous full load run in ambient temprature the transformer shall confirming to IS1180 Part I 2014 and comprising of following accessories:-

M&L for block masonary transformer platform of size 2.0 mtr x 2.0 mtr with height 1.4 mtr above and 0.60 Mtr below ground level consisting of cement concrete in foundation of PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, PCC block masonary 1:3:6 in CM (1:4), moorum filling and consolidating inside the block masonery work, 100 mm thick sub base concrete with PCC 1:3:6 and 100 mm thick top PCC 1:2:4 type B2 & 15 mm plaster on side walls in 1:4 CM incl two coats of white wash and providing 2 Nos supporting channel of ISMC 100 of 2.0 Mtr long made of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm dia fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc including taking down of old unseviceable pipe any type and any size complete all as speified and directed.Note - Excavation to be paid separately in respective items.

Surface excavation not exceeding not exc 30 cm deep and avarage 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dence soil /hard core including removing the excavated and removing grass/weeds/hard cement concrete /stone etc and levelling neatly the excavated area for substation yard/providing PCC path etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - The rate shall be deemed to includes the cost of removing the grass,weeds,debris,excess soil etc to a distance not less tha 50 M and keeping the excavated surface clean and levelled all as directed.

Supply and spreading stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40 mm spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for transformer and pole structure area all as directed

Taking down carefully aluminium HT/LT Cable of any size/any type and taking out old serviceable bricks complete all as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.directed. Note: Excavation & Earthwork, Cable protection & Sand cushioning shall be measured & paid separately.

M& L for Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for paymet.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, classclass HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180 mm x 40mm for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install, testing and Commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set 320 KVA, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 volt, 1500 RPM, 50 HZ power supply with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alterations mounted on a comman base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosures having salient features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torrent punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyester based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for outdoor application/installation, integrated design thereby facilitating / easy / handing installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be of the type approved by national physical laboratory as per central pollution control board (CPCB) latest norms/regulation) with fuel tank, battery and standred accessories and PCC foundation for (acoustic enclosure also 30 CM above GL) as recommended by manufacturer, vibration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation, tools and spares, as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specification:-

Supply only the chain link fencing MS galvanised fencing of size 50x50 mm thickness not less than 3.00 mm complete all as specified

Fixing only the Chain link fencing on MS picket post including line wires,any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, straining bolts,etc including provision of winding wire complete all as specified

Supply and fixing angle iron made of mild steel confiriming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E 250) of size 50x50x6 mm as in post and sturds in fencing incl cutting top to shape as directed,and flat iron of size 50x6 mm drilling of holes as drected for chain link fencing to angle all as per directed.rate including dismanting to the old PCC fence post complete all as specified. Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets with fair surface complete all as specified.

M&L for Precast cement concrete solid block masonry, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (as per IS 383) masonry exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete with straight or curved on plan built in 1:6 cement mortor all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering/plastering on fair faces of bricks surfaces or concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Supply only the Mild steel round bar 10 mm dia and over conforming Fe 410 - A for fixing to chain link fencing.

M&L for painting with two coat of synthetic enemelled paints over a coat of red oxide primer including perparation of new steel surface.
