Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water bond macadam Grade-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kn static roller in stages to proper grade and cam MORD Specification 405.2

Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up to interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Techincal Specification Clause 405.required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick lining on both Side of the road of M-150Bricks 7cm wide 11cm deep laid with mud Mortar including labour & supply of Bricks finished to the Required template and in Proper aligenment andv also including Drassing and Rammming the Excavated earthby the Engineer -Incharge

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen Emulsion SS-2 on the Prepared Surface of Granular base including Clearing of Road Surface and Spraying primer @ 0.60kg/Sqm using Mechnical means Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including , labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Technical Specificaton Clasue (SI.NO. 502 I).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet by Manual Means of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agregates using V.G.-10 grade bitumen bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base by manual MORD specifications 508 (excluding cost of labour cess & GST)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (excluding cost of labour cess & GST)

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift up to 1.5m transporting to site grading to required slope and compecting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead up to 1000m as per technical specification clause 301.5
