Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any make, size from its location, dismantling complete, examine complete parts thoroughly, oiling, greasing all parts and complete overhauling of fan including replacement of small parts such as split pin, nut bolt, screws and assembling back the fan, make fully functional, re-fixing the fan to its position including replacing and providing of twin core copper wire 23/0.0076 from fan to ceiling rose and painting the fan with same colour of fan complete all as directed.
