Carriage of Drinking water (in Tank / Tanker) over road through goods vehicle of suitable capacity with necessary arrangement for filling tank / tanker at lifting point and distribute the same to the beneficiaries in the destination point safely maintaining necessary all precuation for higenic atmosphere including hire charges of vehicle, wages of valve operater and all required plumbing accessories complete in all respect as per direction of E.I.C. (Tank / Tanker supplied by department)

a) For distance 0 Km to 5 Km.

b) For distance (above) 6 Km to 10 Km.

c) For distance (above) 11 Km to 15 Km.

d) For distance (above) 16 Km to 20 Km.

e) For distance (above) 21 Km. to 25 Km.

f) For distance (above) 26 Km to 30 Km.

Collecting sample of water for bactrological and chemical test from any depth at any type during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilizing the equipments. (Test should be done through PHE Depttl. Laboratory/NGO Lab). Total Qnty. = 1% of Total Nos. of Tanker Supplied vide Sl. No. 01).
