REPAIR TO LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE, SUNKEN, TANK CLEANING AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS IN CERTAIN MAP MD ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE GWALIOR

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on wall/ceiling/roof on brick/concrete/stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolished material through out of MoD Land rate included above item.

M&L for 12 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work, concrte/ stone masonry surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of necessary scaffolding works. (ii) WPC shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling/chajja/fascia etc finished even and smoth without using extre cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size) in pannels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings,of hieght up to 12 m. complete all as specified and directed. ( Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens , repair to the edges of panels and finishing the grooves complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound @ of 200ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, over and incl a layer of 3mm thick wall care putty to get even and smooth level finish on new plastered surface of internal wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
