M&L for dewatering of sump and reservoir completely to make dry and cleaning of reservoir tank from inside surface of tank and scraping down walls & bottom surface using steel wire brushes to remove all deposition / fungus, vegetation, other micro-organisms etc, taking out and removing of sludge in semi-solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump including necessary arrangement of pump and removal of sludge, if any, to a distance exc. 1.5km but n. exc. 5km outside, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for chipping and cleaning of existing loose and damaged concrete surface or plaster surface carefully upto 60 mm thickness by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete/surface including cleaning the surface by air jet and stacking & disposal of unserviceable materials outside the premises of MoD land etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for ready mix plaster, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces on walls mixed with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L ready mix plaster 20mm thick mixed with and including integral water proof admixture Chemistik Chemicrete @ 200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth and with moist curing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing welded MS wire mesh weighing not less than 1 kg/sqm on the prepared surface which should be cleaned and should be removed from dirt, fungus and all foreign material complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii). Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included the cost of jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rolled mild steel work in joist, channel, angle or tee section, fixed indepently without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lengh i.e. withing 20mm of the length indicated ) including necssary welding and joints etc; steel confirming to Fe-410 Gde E-250 quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal / welded wire fabric n.exc 4 kg per sqm any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any complete all as specified and as directed
