Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x67mm) sliding mesh sash (42mmx57mm) sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x28mm) glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc,making arrangement for fixing of hardware EPDM gasket, 1.2+/- 0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (30mmx18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mmx18mm) sliding mesh sash 26mmx10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the walll with 8mm x 100mm long fasterners, Hardware (Touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nomical dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required acessories such as 200x19x1.9mm Stainless steel (SS-304 grade) friction hinges and casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) with necessary stainless steel screws complete all as directed . Note : (i) The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. (ii) Net opening will be measured for payment purpose. (iii) The contractor shall submit the manufacturer's test certificate before fixing of uPVC window.

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture width 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specefied & directed.

Supply and fix 4mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality in square not exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane as per manufacturer instruction.

Supply and fix Anodise aluminum grill (anodized transparent or dyed to required shed according to IS 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) of approved design / pattern, with approved. Standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with CP brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to corner including cutting the grill to proper opeing size for fixing and operation for handles and fixing approved anodized aluminium standard section around the opening complete all as requirement and directed.

S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube,edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing. Door frame should water proof, Termite Proof, Fire Retardant & having good quality screw long drilled to adjoining wall & all as per specification drawing as directed. Make : Rajshri Plastiwood or equvialent make specified in Appendix 'B'. Note : The contractor shall submit the manufacturer's test certificate before fixing of door frame and shutter.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles) with 2, 4 or 06 raised panel design with solid core of particle board of 24mm thick (12mm X2) The particle board shall be lipped with 25mm thick baton made from PVC sheets on the stile where hinges are to be fitted on the three other sides the lipping shall be 15mm thick PVC baton 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet stuck on front face of the particle board and 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet stuck on back face of particle board PVC sheets shall be stuck with lippings by using solvent cement. Door should be termite proof, fire resistance and water proof. complete all as specified and shown on drawings. Make : Rajshree plostiwood or equivalent make specified in Appendix 'B'. The PVC door shall be fixed as per manufacturer instructions. Note : The contractor shall submit the manufacturer's test certificate before fixing of door frame and shutter.
