Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated semicorrugated etc) sheets in roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed

S & F powder coated aluminium sections for doors, windows, ventilators, door partition including fabrication of frame shutters and fixing with necessary lugs, cleats, rollers, handles, locking arrangement etc. including all accessories such as glazings clips, and rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame complete all as specified. Note : (i) Glass panes & handle will be measured & paid separately . (ii)The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of rubber beading however it will be not be weighed and not paid separately. Supply and fixing of aluminium sliding window with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including following components / specifications complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Two leaf glazed sliding shutter and one leaf gauged (fly proofing) sliding shutter. S&F Roof trusses (framed) trussed, purline crane gantries ,rails and fastenings and heavy brackeet framing (Beam,tee,angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces ,cleats etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250)quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing for rolled mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with out any attachment conforming to Fe:410-W(Gde-E-250 ) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck from 11 to 15 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long all as specified.

APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the manufacturer deploying their own team under strict supervisionand Leak proof testing with ponding with water shall be done for 72 hours in presence of user representative and report shall be submitted. Requisite 10 years guarantee certificate from manufacturer along with contractor’s certificate required to be furnished after successfully completion of testing. The submission of both certificate is mandatory before issue of completion certificate.

(iii) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm over prepared surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces confirming to IS : 3384.(primer and membrane to be used shall be same manufacturer) prime shall be brand of Shalitex of STP or EmufalTE of M/s Texa Indian Ltd or cold stick bitumen primer of M/s IWL or equivalent make (iv) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/sqm). Polymeric membrane shall be taken to cover the thickness of slab and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. Note: (v) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch application or as per manufacturer's instructions. (vi) Side overlaps shall be minimum 75 mm and the end taps shall be minimum 100 mm and sealing of all overlaps & joints as per manufacturer instruction. (vii) For parapets, membranes shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 Cm and then inserted to the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing as per manufacturer,s instructions complete all as specified and directed 3. APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the manufacturer deploying their own team under strict supervisionand Leak proof testing with ponding with water shall be done for 72 hours in presence of user representative and report shall be sumitted. Requisite 10 years guarantee certificate from manufacturer along with contractor’s certificate required to be furnished after successfully completion of testing. The submission of both certificate is mandatory before issue of completion certificate.
