Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of end suction back pull out type centrifugal Chilled water Pump set having flow rate not less than 10.5 LPS and 53 M head, Motor class-IE2, IP 55 T.E.F.C (415V, 3ø power supply) with F class insulation, SS / EN8 shaft, complete with couplings, common base frame, bronze impeller, cast iron casing, mechanical seal, vibration isolators, coupling guard, foundation nut bolts and corrosion resistant finish etc. with all accessories. Pump efficiency shall not be less than 55%. Note:1) The PCC foundation/ bed provided for installation of pumps will be measured and paid under the relevant item of SOQR."

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc. in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meter.

Supplying and installing 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray “bends” (galvanisation not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and installing 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray “bends” (galvanisation not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 20mm dia electrical grade steel wire reinforced PVC flexible condiut pipes with accessories.

Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of indoor duty 415Volts, 50Hz, 3phase, 4wire duly wired electrical CHILLER PANEL having I/C& O/G feeders, instrumentation metering, protection system, SPD, aluminium busbars & other components completely as per single line diagram and as per detailed technical specifications. The panel shall be of modular type, floor mounting, free standing, vermin proof, indoor duty, IP-52 grade, made out of CRCA sheet steel, Powder coated painting, fuseless type confirming to relevent IS standards. The panel shall have a microprocessor based MCCB with shunt tripp for incoming and 2nos of TM based MCCBs for out going feeders. The work includes providing required fixing accessories such as grouting bolt-nuts, welding, coupling of laid conduits/ cables and associated civil works complete as directed. (Note:- Please refer drawing and DTS for complete Panel details)

Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of indoor duty 415Volts, 50Hz, 3phase, 4wire duly wired electrical PUMP PANEL having I/C& O/G feeders, instrumentation metering, protection system, SPD, aluminium busbars & other components completely as per single line diagram and as per detailed technical specifications. The panel shall be of modular type, floor mounting, free standing, vermin proof, indoor duty, IP-52 grade, made out of CRCA sheet steel, Powder coated painting, fuseless type confirming to relevent IS standards. The panel shall have a microprocessor based MCCB with shunt tripp for incomer feeder and 15 nos of TM based MCCBs & 12 nos of star-delta motor starters for out going feeders. The work includes providing required fixing accessories such as grouting bolt-nuts, welding, coupling of laid conduits/ cables and associated civil works complete as directed. Supplying of LT power cable with aluminium conductor, XLPE or PVC insulated, PVC inner sheathed, galvonise steel armoured, extruded PVC type ST2 sheathed, 1.1KV grade conforming to IS:7098(part-1) latest or IS:1554(part-1) latest having 3.5core of 240 SQMM size A2XFY or AYFY and laying of the same in the existing trenches/ duct/ pipe/ on the wall with suitable clamps, dressing etc., or as directed.

Supplying of LT power cable with COPPER conductor, XLPE or PVC insulated, PVC inner sheathed, galvonise steel armoured, extruded PVC type ST2 sheathed, 1.1KV grade conforming to IS:7098(part-1) latest or IS:1554(part-1) latest having 3.5core of 95 SQMM size 2XFY or CYFY and laying of the same in the existing trenches/ duct/ pipe/ on the wall with suitable clamps, dressing etc., or as directed.

Supplying of LT power cable with COPPER conductor, XLPE or PVC insulated, PVC inner sheathed, galvonise steel armoured, extruded PVC type ST2 sheathed, 1.1KV grade conforming to IS:7098(part-1) latest or IS:1554(part-1) latest having 3core of 16 SQMM size 2XFY or CYFY and laying of the same in the existing trenches/ duct/ pipe/ on the wall with suitable clamps, dressing etc., or as directed.

Supplying of LT power cable with COPPER conductor, XLPE or PVC insulated, PVC inner sheathed, galvonise steel armoured, extruded PVC type ST2 sheathed, 1.1KV grade conforming to IS:7098(part-1) latest or IS:1554(part-1) latest having 3core of 10 SQMM size 2XFY or CYFY and laying of the same in the existing trenches/ duct/ pipe/ on the wall with suitable clamps, dressing etc., or as directed.

Supplying of armoured control cable with COPPER conductor, XLPE or PVC insulated, PVC inner & outer sheathed, 1.1KV grade conforming to latest IS having 4core of 1.5 SQMM size and laying of the same in the existing trenches/ duct/ pipe/ on the wall with suitable clamps, dressing etc., or as directed.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for 3.5Cx95 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for 3C or 4Cx16 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for 3C or 4Cx10sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Cutting/breaking of Cement concrete flooring/road to required depth & width suitably by machine/mannualy for laying of pipes/ cables/ raceways etc., refilling with 1:2:4 cement concrete after the pipes/ cables/ raceways have been laid. The surface shall be plastered and made matching with existing surface. Removed debris shall be cleared from the site immediatly as directed. (Note:- earth excavation & refilling below CC flooring/ road shall be measured and paid separatly)

Supplying of suitable push button switches/station for remote operation of motors (ON-OFF) as shown in SLD of panels along with suitable sheet steel enclosure & all the required accessories and fixing of the same on the wall/colomun or already provided MS channel supports, making electrical connections etc complete as directed.

Releasing of the wall mounted Power distribution board of size up to 1.0Mtr (W) x 1.2Mtr (H) after disconnection of power supply and returning of the same to stores along with components/ switchgears of the panel, connected/ released cables etc as required.

Releasing of the floor mounted Power distribution board of size above 1.0Mtr (W) x 1.2Mtr (H) and up to 1.2Mtr(W) x 1.8Mtr(H) after disconnection of power supply and returning of the same to stores along with components/ switchgears of the panel, connected/ released cables etc as required.

Releasing of the floor mounted Power distribution board of size above 1.2Mtr (W) x 1.8Mtr (H) and up to 2.0Mtr(W) x 2.5Mtr(H) after disconnection of power supply and returning of the same to stores along with components of the panel, connected/released cables etc as required.

PART C - CIVIL WORK

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge All works above plinth level upto floor V level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (Basic rate of Steel is considered as Rs.46.00 per kg)

Shifting of existing Chiller (1 No of capacity 85TR), Pumps (6Nos), with associated electrical, control etc. complete including loading/ unloading from the site to BEL Disposal (within 2kms from the site) under the instruction of the BEL Engineer in charge

Dismantling of shifting of existing piping, valves, Electrical panel, cable, conduit & accessories, structural supports etc. complete including loading/ unloading from the site to BEL Disposal (within 2kms from the site) under the instruction of the BEL Engineer in charge
