PART-A: DG POWER DISTRIBUTION

Providing, fabricating, erecting in position and testing/ examining bolted and/or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS at all levels and locations, including all type of sections, builtup sections / compound sections and/ or plates/bent plates (including supplying, fabricating, fixing and keeping in position at all levels and locations, threaded anchor bolts of all diameters and nomenclature, including nuts, washers, anchor plates, pipe sleeves etc. in foundations. Columns etc ) in trusses, purlins, wind ties, wind girders, columns, portals, racks, portals, bracings, platform, staircases, ladders, stoppers, side runners, sag rods, hand rails etc including transporting to site , storing, cutting to required size, straightening/ bending if required, edge preparation, cleaning, preheating, bolting/ welding of joints, ( including sealing the joints of box sections with continuous welding, finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line and level with temporary staging and bracing and removal of the same after erection, grouting with free flow non-Shrink Grout including preparation and submission of detailed fabrication drawing, preparing the surface for painting and applying one coat of shop primer complete as specified and directed by trhe E.I.C. ( ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY THE AGENCY AT THEIR OWN COST).

Supply of 4C x 50 Sqmm Stranded Aluminium conductor, HR PVC (Type:C to IS:5831) colour coded (Red, Yellow, Blue, Black), Cores laid up, Inner sheath of extruded HR PVC (Type:ST-2) Galvanised steel round wire armoured HR PVC (Type:ST-2) outer sheathed cable suitable for 1.1KV grade conforming to IS:1554/P-1/88. The size and length of the cable shall be embossed on the outer sheath of the cable at every meter length. Cable laying inclusive of excavation , sand cushioning,brick protective covering and back filling the cable trenchs.

Supply and installation of feeder pillar with Minimum 2mm thick sheet steel with proper corner, base support Etc.& with rain cover. Box size: 1200(l) x 600(d) x 1500(h) mm. (approx.)Free standing with 4 legs and have grout plate bolting facility.-should have bottom cable entry facility -should have double Door with gasket & universal lock, canopy cover and extra lock Provision at center. – The feeder pillar should have with following specification. a) INCOMER: 250 A SFU 1 NO with bus bar arrangement. b) Out Going: 100 A MCCB 03 NOS, 63A MCCB 03 No's c) 50 sqmm out going terminal blocks 12 no's , 35 sqmm out going terminal blocks 12 no's. d) Installation feeder pillar inclusive of making of foundation with supply of hardware's all masonry works and dismantling of old feeder pillars if any

Supply and installation of complete chemical earthing system, making of earth pits including excavation in hard soil of size 10 ft. X 2 ft. X 2 ft. Or 6"dia x10 feet depth drill hole, resurfacing with black cotton soil, including supply of high conductive rust free copper coated earth electrode, special earth enhancement compound (minimum 50 kg), electrode clamp, copper strip for connection between earth pit and equipment, complete with brick chamber and RCC cover.(Make-Erico, OBO Betterman.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required
