M&L for taking out existing unserviceable scroll compressor and replace with new compressor suitable for working on 380-415V 3 phase , 50Hz, LR : 87A, having lubricant : PVE / 1.6 L suitable for R-407C refrigerant etc including making connections inlet outlet refrigerant piping, nitrogen pressure test for leak testing , vacuum the system and charging suitable Refrigerant gas and testing after replacement complete all as specified. Make-Danfoss scroll compressors Model No- HLP072T4LC6 or equivalent.

M&L for taking out existing unserviceable scroll compressor and replace with new compressor suitable for working on 220-240 V 1 phase, 50 Hz, suitable for R-22 refrigerant etc including making connections inlet outlet refrigerant piping, nitrogen pressure test for leak testing, vacuum the system and charging suitable refrigerant gas and testing after replacement complete all as specified. Make - EMERSON Copeland scroll compressors Model No-CR22K6M-PF1-111DM or equivalent.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable blower motor 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 HZ, 0.75-1 HP 1400 RPM, S1 duty, Frame-80 of air cooled AC plant (5.5 TR) as per existing make, model and type complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of blower belt of AHU / Compressor belts as per existing model and type ISI marked including re-alignment of the motor and blower if required for proper tension of belts as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F existing fan motor with blade of outdoor condenser unit of air cooled package/ central type AC plant (5 to 7.5TR)

Supply and filling/topping up refrigerant gas R-22/R134a/R-404A/R-407C/410A/R-507/R-513A in scroll compressors of package type AC plants of any capacity as per OEM specification including detecting the leakage of gas at any location and rectifying the defect to stop the leakage by gas welding or by any other means including cutting and brazing of copper tubes testing and commissioning complete in satisfactory working condition. Make : Mefron/Floron/Refron. Note :- The rates quoted by the contractor for topping up/ filling of refrigerant gas shall deemed to include leakage detection, rectification of leakage by brazing, nitrogen pressure testing, etc.

M&L for Servicing outdoor units & ducting of air cooled central/ Package type AC plant 5.5 TR through OEM service Engineer having min 5 yrs. experience by cleaning of cooling coil by using chemical if reqd, including combing of fins by using fins comb to making straight the fins, checking all electrical & control wiring, servicing, oiling of blower motor, etc. complete as specified by OEM and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make of installed plant- Blue Star

Labour only for servicing of Main Electric Panel board / Control panel board of Central / Package type AC Plant by cleaning the panel with blower, replacement of unserviceable burnt wire, cables with existing size & length including proper numbering, replacement of u/s fuse link, lugs, washer, nuts, bolts, checking proper electrical connection, connectivity etc. & find out defective parts and making the panel functional by replacing the unserviceable item (taken as supply only) as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : - (i) Unserviceable parts as MCB, MCCB, contactor, relay, MPD, etc. will be measure and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ at supply only rates. (ii) Minor parts like thimbles, tags, nut, bolts, washers etc shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted against this item.
