Description of Work

(a) Cleaning of roof RCC/Brick Surface by wire brushing and removing all dirt & other material outside the premises (b) Applying cement slurry on cleaned surface to receive 20 mm thick cement plaster (c) M&L for 20 mm thick cement plaster on prepared surface in ratio 1:4 including water proofing compound mixed as per manufacturer instructions including curing as required (d)The roof surface shall be cleaned thoroughly and applying evenly bituminous primer @ 0.5 kg/Sqm or tack coat of industrail bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per Sqm (e) Applying APP based polymeric membrane weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gram/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch applicatlon as per the manufacturer's instruction with side overlap of 75mm and end overlap of 100 mm (f) M&L for 20 mm cement screed bed in CM1:4 for laying of glazed broken tiles including grouting, curing etc as required. (g) M&L for PCC as required to seal edges of building in ratio of 1:2:4.
