UPoHA to construction of Boundary wall with M.S grill to excavated site Mansar, Dist. Nagpur

Provision for Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Provision for Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) upto plinth level.

Provision for Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level Masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Provision for supply 1.25 m high M.S. Grill with double M.S Iron angle iron size ISA 50mmx50mmx5mm both connected to each other by weld to form a square section iron post, which provided at both ends of grill panel and fixed with ISSQ 16mm square bar@100mm c/c with arrow headed and bend hook at top and fixed also with single MS angle iron of size ISA 40mm X40mmX 5mm at top and bottom of grill panel by weld so that all square bars are go through the M.S angle including cutting, bending, welding, fabricating including material labour & all T&P complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)for coping and cement concrete hole.

Provision for providing and applying 12 mm cement plaster in cement sand mortar of ratio 1:6 (1 Cement:6 Fine Sand) over the coping surface including curing etc. complete.

Provision for Recess Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Providing and applying Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture
