Design, supply, Installaiton testing and commissioning including 5 Years comprehensive maintenance of Grid connected ground mounted Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) array capacity 10.00 KWP as per MNRE specification as attached in technical specification of NIeT and as required by ANERT for the implementation of "Solar Connect" programme. This cost includes cost of solar PV panels ( with domestic cell and modules), inverter (single/3 phasewherever applicable), balance of system e.g. cable, switches / circuit breaker/ connectors/ junction box, mounting structure, earthing, lighting arrester, and civil works, insurance& commissioning with CMC for 5 years, transportation, insurance, applicable taxes etc. The above benchmark costs are excluding of net metering cost and battery back-up costs. Procurement of solar PV cells needs to be takenup after confirmation of land area as per direction of EIC. The works will be executed based on availability of suitable land area in the follwing sites

Making foundation at suitable position for structural works by follwing civil works i.e excavation of soil of foundation or drins filing foundation or plinth by silver sand, single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks, ordinary grade concrete (mix 1:2:4) & (mix1:1:5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) with reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, blinders etc. including supply 12mm for steel rods, including shuttering all complete with labour charges as per proveded by Dept. drawing & layout diagramme as per direction of EIC
