Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 6.00 Sqmm (Nominal area) with multistranded FRLSH copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade drawn through concealed PVC Conduit with all fittings and accessories and earth continuity conductor of single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable 6.00 Sqmm (Nominal area) with multistranded FRLSH copper conductor, 1100 volts grade and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (From 4 way TPN DB to 12 Way SPN DB) Note: (i) Two run of wiring cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing MCCB 63 Amps 4P 25 KA 415 Volt Make Indoasian Car No 830020 including MCCB Enclosure for 63 Amp MCCB Make Indoasian Car No 811985 fixed on wooden board of appropriate size for mounting of enclosure complete all as specified and as directed. Rate inclusive of Fixing of cable including lugging complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppl and fix Smart RF/Cellular Single Phase AC Meter Tamper Proof, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 315 V, 50 Hz, 10 A-60 A conforming to IS-1644-and relevant IEC standards with intuiti Radio Frequency communication facility with self healing mesh network with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper features, Microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuit including Polycarbonate Meter Box of minimum suitable size for 1 Phase meter with viewing glass, concealed hinge and earth bolt plugged complete all as specified and directed. Meter Should support sending the following data : 15/30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing survey for Cumulative Energy and Max Demand to software. Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable from main/billing software and prepaid features would be MDM / Billing end as per prevalent IS including taking down of existing meter and deposit to MES store yard for safe custody all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor has to ensure integration and maintainance of the above 06 nos of meters with the existing Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) of smart meters

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

(D) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and lay 100 mm dia ductile Iron pipe, S/S including specials, Class “K-7” complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 80mm dia Strainer Y type conforming to IS, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 80mm dia Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cutting existing 150 mm steel tubing for alterations or additions necessarily done in position without taking down and inserting Tee of 150 x 150 x 100 mm for tapping all as specified and directed.(Tapping point shown and as directed)

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning centrifugal monobloc pump set, with suitable suction / delivery head of head 36 mtr and discharge 417 LPM, CI impeller coupled with three phase induction motor 415 Volt, 2800 RPM with capacity 3.5 HP, including base frame for pump with foundation and connected with inlet as well as delivery pipe with standard arrangement as per manufacturer specification motor, pump, base complete including including accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for valve chamber of internal size 750x750x750mm comprising of 50mm thick PCC 1:5:10 type E2 foundation, 200mm thick brick wall in CM 1:6, 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 internally and externally up to 50mm be;ow GL,100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type B1 as in copings,3mm thick MS sheet cover with suitable hinges and locking arrangement, painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of 32x 6 mm (up to 7.5m in length from earth plate) by means of brass bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of brass all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part 1 including Charcoal and rock salt with necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with CI Cover 10mm thick Hinged to CI frame with MS bar 6mm dia 150mm c/c reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade pipe for protection of earth electrode and 20mm dia pipe medium grade for watering all as specified and directed and tested on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

(E) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material & Labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate), not exceeding 15 CM in depth for plinth protection for path including dismantling of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for DWC pipe of 63 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing LT Panel made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick outdoor Pedestal type CPRI approved, totally enclosed with front and rear opening, hinged doors with projected an raised platform of suitable size weather and water proof with necessary locking arrangements along with lugs, cable glands of various sizes for cables, danger notice plate, strickering of Switch gear about termination of switch gear, and the nuts/ bolts etc used are to be made of rust proof material including as per IS-8623 tinned aluminum bus bar with insulators suitable for three phase and four wire LT AC, 50 Hz 415 V 250 A capacity complete with powder coating, necessary internal electric connection as required and provision of the following: (Main Panel)

Supply and lay MS ERW flanged pipe 100 mm NB heavy duty duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of zinc chromate primer conforming to IS:3589 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm bore hand operated butterfly valve of pressure not less than 15 Kg / Sqcm with complete set complate all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix fire hydrant landing valve type A (single head outlet) of 63 mm dia conforming to IS 5290 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 63 mm dia 15 meter long hose conforming to IS 636 complete with male and female coupling conforming to IS 903 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hose box for keeping 2 Nos hose pipe of length 15 meter each, branch pipe.nozzle, coupling etc of MS sheet of Thickness 2.0 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix branch pipe gun metal 63 mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet, 20 mm bore nozzle short for hose reel conforming to IS:903 complate all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hose box for hose reel of 20 mm size of 30 meter length complete with coupling branch pipe and nozzle , MS sheet 2 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hose reel of 20 mm dia and 30 meter length conforming to IS 5132 complete all as specified and directed.

Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 100 mm dia bore and fixing Up in cast iron water supply mains complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 6 Watt wall mount CD Speaker complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying, testing and commisioning of 2C x 1.5 sqmm cable of 1.1 /kv copper conductor power cables in metallic conduit of size 20mm over the wall/ ceiling surface. The rates quoted for laying shall include laying of cables on surface with sabdle, screw etc incl material and labour etc complete as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commisioning of supply & laying of 2 core twin twisted 48/0.2 ATC multi strand over all amoured speaker cable as specified in the tender specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation of Light weight squeeze grip type CO2 type fire extinguishers of 3 kgs capacity with stand from branch new seamless dran controller of explosives approval fitted with wheel valve as per IS : 3224 with ISI mark with discharge hose and horn and supplied with initial charge as per IS :15683 with ISI mark (Sub Station & pump house) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of dry powder ABC stored pressure squeeze grip type fire extinguishers, 9 kg cap, IS:15683:2006, filled with ABC mono ammonium phosphate base power-90 complete with discharge hose and wall mouting bracker, 2 mm mild steel EPDM rubber, pressure gauge which work effectively on all class of fires (ABC &E) with 5 years warranty incl transportation all taxes and all labour charges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 04 Nos 9 ltr round buttom sand/water buckets along with round bottom type,enamel painted white inside and red outside and letter fire in black outside & handle with mounting bracker aling with suitable MS stand to install the buckets as per the local fire standards complete all as specified and directed.

(F) LIGHTENING PROTECTION

Supply and fix air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long for fixing on GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia pipe duly making suitable fixing arrangement of one end of air termination rod including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws including provision of 30 cmx25cmx8cm sheet metal box made out of 3.15 m thick CRCA sheet with front hinged door shutter & locking arrangement and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

(G) DG SET

(a) Engine: Diesel engine 1500 RPM of 25.5 BHP or as recommended by manufacturer, water cooled, conform to IS-10000, overload capacity of 10% for one hour in every 12 hours of continuous run, 12 volts electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and torsional vibration damper, radiator and all standard fittings/fixtures as per standard manufacturing practices and battery charging ammeter and fuses, and also including self starter (12V) battery charging alternator complete. SAFETY FEATURES Motor overheatprotection , phase failure and reversal protection and features as per ISI / IS code /NBC Provision.Every lift installation shall necessarily be provided with the safety features in accordance with IS 14665(Part-4/Sec-4):2001 Note for Item no.1: (i) Contractor shall note that the defects liability period for lift shall be three years from the certified date of completion on as certified by GE: During the said defects liability period, the lift shall be kept functioned serviceable all the time and all consumable items shall also be provided by contractor for running of the lift. (ii) The lift shall be inspected and commissioned by the lift inspector and it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to get the lift inspected & commissioned without any extra cost to the department. (iii) Cost of the above provisions shall be deemed in the rates quoted by contractor. (iv) All dimensions given above are recommended dimensions . In the event of any variations mutually agreed between manufacturer and purchaser are permitted. However, variation in car inside dimensions shall be within the maximum area limits specified in 1S 14665 (Part 3/Sec 1). (v) Dimensions of pit depth and overhead may differ in practice as per individual manufacturer’s design depending upon load, speed and drive. However, the pit depth and overhead shall be such as to confirm to the requirements of bottom clearance and top clearance of IS 14665 (Part 2/Sec 1).

(vi) Contractor to obtain permission and approval prior to commencement of work and lift license from state govt authority. (vii) Item cost includes required scaffolding & structural steel brackets for erecting lift as per above specification, obtaining required all necessary permissions of Lift inspector to erect and complete the elevator work, Liaisons to operate the elevators including all necessary charges, payments for the same etc complete. (viii) Contractor to verify all above required dimension at site prior to procurement of lift . In the event of any variation the commercially available standard size lift with respect to load and category shall be submit to dept for approval. (ix) Contractor shall submit GA drawing along with other relevant details to GE for approval prior to procurement of lift.
