Providing and Fixing Precast RCC Trench covers of different sizes. The cover blocks should be strong enough. (each slab can bear 10 tones moving load ) . The other specifications are as follows:-
Supply should be made from approved manufacturer (Himalaya Spun Pipe company Sector 167 NOIDA,Konkrete Products Co. Faridabad or as directed by Engineer –In -Charge
The Concrete should be of Minimum M50 grade and It should be produced by BMC or RMC. The concrete should attains it,s required strength, before placing.
The concrete should be self-compacted
Reinforcement bars should be of primer producer like TATA , SAIL, VIZAG or etc with minimum Fe500D grade
Specification for Reinforcement( For length of 2.7m )
Main Bars 12# 85mm C/C and secondary bars 10# 160C/C
Thickness 250mm
Lifting arrangement `with min 16mm dia round bar
MS flat 1.6mm thick and in full depth may be provided on edges.
Rates are inclusive of all taxes ,loading unloading and placing at site
