Supply, installation, testing and commossioning out door type step down transformer 11000/443 volts (at no load) AC 3 phase, 50 Hz of capacity 500 KVA core type, double copper wound, oil immersed naturally cooled, oil natural, air natural (ONAN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 ( Vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at + 2.5 % to 7.5% HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tape changer gear, suitable for mounting on trolly for using stand by transformer complete with standard fittings and accessories. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV / LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. the transformer shall be as per IS-1180 Part- I: 2014 marked and shall comprise of the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 3 Nos procelian arc bushing on HT side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing, copper rods, nuts and washers etc. (b) One cable box on LT side ( secondary) side consisting of four nos procelian bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts washers with two nos cable glands suitbale for reception ) taking out of XLPE insulated Heavy duty armoured cable including gland, joint and jointing materials complete. (c) Certificate for die electric strength of oil shall be submitted by the contractor after filling oil.

Supply and fabrication of rigidly welded construction ribbed, MS 4 wheel tractor trolly industrial type suitable for accomodating out door type transformer of 500 KVA capacity upto 10TON cap of following dimensions not less than :- (I) Height- 2.0 mtr (ii) Length - 13 feet (iii)Width- 6.5 feet axle- 75 mm rim 16 Inches, chassis 6" x 3" channels of C type cross channel over chassis should be of min 100 mm x 50 mm size having at least six cross members and two longitudinal member. frame: 4" 2" channels floor ship plate using 6 mm thick, side body CR sheets angles 50 mm x 6 mm and fabricated out of MS channel angle iron of suitable and MS sheet of 6 mm thick including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide and the trolly comprises of the following :- (a) Toeing arrangements with suitable size of toeing hook and attachment incl rotating gear arrangments. (b) Tyre assy: 4 numbers wheel of suitable size tractor tyres (double plated ring type with 8 holes) and accordingly tyre shourld be branded of JK/MRF/Appolo/Good year should be double plated made one wheel rim should have two plates complete with wheel drum and leaf spring mounted on square/round axil bar to take load upto 10 ton. (c) XPM metal fencing mount on angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 5 mm incl opening door complete with locking arrangements (d) MS cable wheel drum 02 Nos with operating handle for HT cable and LT cable of 100 RM length for removing/winding suitable (e) wheel hub heavy duty of 08 holes with branded wheel bearings (f) towing hook spring loaded towing hook of mim 36 mm MS rod. (g) Jack: provision of two suitable jack as per capacity mentioned above and incl all connected accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy Duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 core 240 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for HT 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured AI conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
