Split Air Conditioning machines ISSER 3.5 to 4.2 , BEE rating not less than 3 star, Air flow range CFM (780-850) This split Air Conditioning machine fitted with rotary compressor, LCD remote & all other accessories suitable for Refrigerant R-32/R410A (Make- Mitsubishi Electric/Mitsubishi Heavy Industries/O-General /Daikin/Hitachi/Voltas/Blue Star as per Approved by EIC)

Supply & Laying of 5/8"(for suction), 0.6 mm thick& 1/4"(for discharge), 0.6 mm thick, copper refrigerant pipe with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation, 4 core x 2.5 sq.mm. copper cable (make- Polycab/ havells/ KEI/Finolex) incl. fixing arrangement and wrapping insulation of aerotape complete in all respect for above A.C. Machine. and Supply & laying PVC Drain Pipe 25mm dia by shaddling on wall incl. PVC "T", elbow, bend etc as per direction of E.I.C

Supply & fixing UPVC pipe fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 for exposed work PVC pipes (50 mm dia) with all necessary clamps,elbow,tee,reducer and necessry all other materials incl scafolding arrangement as per direction of EIC to fix the drain pipe of AC machines within UPVC pipe including making holes in walls, floor etc. and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails M-seal (Make : Oriplast/Supreme/Approved by EIC)

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, Modular type AC starter (Brand approved by EIC) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (C-Curve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.[17 / E-19]

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.[ 5(a) / E-17]

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy. Connections..[ 5(b) / E-17]

S & F of Digital 24 hrs.Time switch at existing Timer as per site requirement

S & F of 32 A 2-pole power contactor at existing Timer as per site requirement

S & F of 40 A 3 pole power contactor at existing Timer as per site requirement

S & F of Centre off 2-way toggle switch at existing Timer as per site requirement

Dismantling of existing old Split AC Machines (IDU & ODU) from the Fly laboratory along with all allied items and shifting to the designated room at Presidency University Campus ,identified by authority as per direction of EIC.

Painting of any steel/ iron surface with 2 nos. of aluminium coats of paint over 1 coat of RO priming with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint for single/double/triple arm bracket [7(B)(a,b,c)/ H- 2]
