Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause-401 DSR No. 2023/16.78.3

providing, laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site ,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density .

providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom

providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4% of mixed and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

construction of footpath/ separator by providing a 150mm compacted granular sub base as per clause 401 and 25mm thick cement concrete grade M15, over laid with precast concrete tiles in cement mortar 1:3 including provision of all drainage arrangements but excluding kerb channel

providing and erecting "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail 70cm above road/ ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150X75X5 mm spaced 2 m center to center, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/ road level, all steel part and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150X75X5 mm 330 mm long complete as per clause 811

Construction of K.C. Drain with 1:2:4 C.C including 100 mm thick base concrete of 1:4:8 cement fine sand & 40 mm nominal size O.BB. and also including earth work in excavation in proper slop & Camber Including all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete
