Sweeping and Cleaning of roads, footpath, lanes etc. by deputing required no. Safai-Karamchari daily (9.00 AM to 5.00 PM) including disposal of rubbish from site dhalao within the FFC Complex. All the necessary T&P/equipments/conveyance shall be arranged by the contractor. (The payment shall be made on the basis of attendance recorded in the register).

Cleaning of sewer line upto 600 mm dia with super sucker machine i/c cleaning of manholes and chambers alongwith allied equipments like cyclonic containers, two Nos. (Dump trucks), diesel driven generator of various capacities as per requirement. Submersible pumps of required capacity, axial fan air compressor with mask etc. steel plates and other items with Machines/Components as under. One No. truck mounted with sewer suction of 6x900 psi with high pressure water jetting having capacity 200 liters per minute and air-handling composite vacuum pump suitable for Sewer desilting and water requirements for high pressure cleaning will be for separate water tank. Generator set capacity of 62.5 KVA, gas detector and submersible pumps, axial fan air blower, oxygen kit, with resuscitator for artificial respiration, nylon Rope, ladder full body nylon safety belt with rope & harness etc. and other safety equipments and chain pulley, barricading materials and all operation, supervisory staff & including provision of site office for proper monitoring along with all taxes.

Attending complaint of plumber such as repairing of all kind of pipes, water tanks, sanitary and water installation, fixing /replacing all kind of fitting related to plumber and necessary drilling work as and when required by deputing one no. plumber daily (9.00 AM to 5.00 PM) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All the necessary T&P/equipments/conveyance shall be arranged by the contractor. (The payment shall be made on the basis of attendance recorded in the register).

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge,including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Disposal of C&D Waste/Building Rubbish/Debris/Solid Construction Waste, solid and semi-solid malba/rubbish, Swept Material/Malba from Dhalao located at FFC Jhandewalan by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and spreading upto approved municipal dumping ground within a lead of 20 Km with all lifts as per the direction/satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Modified Estimate cost after using correction factor on DSR-2023 on account of GST@ 0.973 (Or Less 2.7%)
