M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Note : (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) Cost of scafolding upto 10m hight of building is included in this item. (c.) The contractor shall submit letter of any manufacturers of paint (as specified in tender) and their authorized applicator by whom the tenderer proposed to excecuted in the subject work before commencement of work Authorized applicator shall have authorization letter from the manufacturer (Minimum regional HQ) and authorization letter needs to be valid for the complete period of execution og the painting work (d) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polythine film will be included. M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. Note (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper mashking to be carried out before primer and paint application). (b.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (c.) (iv) One coat of Solar reflective bituminious Aluminium paint of approved brand to be provided over the APP membrane as per manufacturers instructions. Note : (a) Work shall be carried out through specialized applicator approvrd by GE. Contractor shall submit sufficent documents/Credentials in support of Applicator whom he wants the work excuted. (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (c) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction.

M&L providing plain cement concrete type B0, (1:2:4), (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate), as in roof padding for levelling course etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as finishing the surfaces fair and even including Cleaning of old concrete surfaces of roof, picking sweeping cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust and thoroughly washing down with clean water and dried complete all as specified and directed

M&L removing, cleaning of defective concrete surfaces, applying one or more coat of primer to the reinforcement non shrink, and applying cementitious mocro concrete and finishing the surfaces even and smooth all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Work shall be carried out through specialized applicator approvrd by GE. Contractor shall submit sufficent documents/Credentials in support of Applicator whom he wants the work excuted.

M&L applying one coat of epoxy primer to concrete surfaces @ 250gm/sqm all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Work shall be carried out through specialized applicator approvrd by GE. Contractor shall submit sufficent documents/Credentials in support of Applicator whom he wants the work excuted.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main swirch and DB's including MCB's of any description and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sq.mm size FRLSH multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables and one single core 1.5 Sq.mm size green FRLSH colour PVC insulated,multistranded copper conductor PVC cable as earth continuity conductor,1100 volts grade, complete drawn in and including 20mm(minimim) medium grade rigid PVC CONDUIT and conduit accessories i.e. joint boxes, terminal boxes for mounting or housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators, etc. confirming to IS specifications, including provision of flush modular mounting boxes, with back plate and cover plate of appropriate size & thickness for mounting switch, sockets etc. with including cutting chases for conduits & sinkings for MS Sunken boxes & making good to walls, floors etc. complete all as specified & as directed for the following :- Item continued as 96 to 98
