WORK OF REPLACEMENT OF 2x40 MVA TRANSFORMER BY 2x63 MVA TRANSFORMER AT 132 KV SUB-STATION JALEELPUR UNDER ETD BIJNOR.
Dismentling of 40 MVA T/F by opening of jumpers Earthing Marshalling box along with draining of required quantity of oil from T/F & other related works at 132 KV S/S Jaleelpur under (empty oil drums shall be provided by the department)
Packing of HV/LV / Neutral bushing of 40 MVA 132/33 KV T/F in empty carets. (Packing material will be provided by the contractor at his own cost)
Shifting of 40 MVA T/F from plinth up to 20 Mtrs Distance including turning of tank with all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactory.
a Add Shifting of above both 40 MVA T/F per 5 mtr.
Replacement of all three phase 33KV CT as per instruction manual of various equipment’s and technical specification including shifting of material/equipment’s from store to site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily including cabling work. (01 set = 03 Nos. C.T.)
Shifting of new 63 MVA 132/33 KV T/F from unloaded place to toward plinth up to 20 mtr distance including turning to tank all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactory.
a Add Shifting of above both 63 MVA T/F as per 5 mtr.
Complete erection of 63 MVA T/F by erection of radiator conservator tank all bushing with its turrets connection of all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, motor driver mechanism of tap changer, RTCC panels oil pumps and associated oil pipe lines etc. to complete the job satisfactory including first filling of oil the topping of Transformer oil (not circulation) in tank, radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc and other associated works including cabling according requirement for satisfactory completion of work. The crane, Labour and T&P will not be provided by the department.
Centrifuging of complete oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV & PPM value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer. The work includes all the work related to centrifuging the oil and filling the oil in T/F tank
a Opening of cable termination from RTCC Marshalling box, DM panel of 40 MVA T/F & connecting the cable in 63 MVA to RTCC marshalling box, DM Panel after re-ferruling and redressing.
b Laying & termination of new control cable for 63 MVA T/F in required as per site condition having size of 2x2.5, 4x2.5 and 6x2.5 sqr mm (control cable provided by the department)
Earthing of T/F body, MB, DM box OLTC, RTCC at two points using 75x10x50x6 mm M.S flat and 40 mm M.S Rod after making delta formation with 3.1 M long electrodes.
Jumpering of T/F from HV with single Zebra/Moose/Panther and LV side with double Zebra/Moose/Panther complete up to 33 KV main bus.
Dismantling of 132 KV LA opening of jumpers cutting of earthing etc re-erection of 132 KV LA after shifting of 63 MVA T/F (if required) & related associated work to complete the job satisfactory.
