Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures/berms portion as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth locally for road work as per MoRT&H specification clause 304 including all leads lifts and carriage of materials as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including all leads lifts and carriage of materials as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and spreading and compacting broken/crushed stone aggregate75mm thick grade-II water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness and packing , rolling with vibratory road roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming requisite type of binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density and as per MORT&H specification of clause 404 ( latest revision ) including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts with all mode of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer –in-Charge.

( zero point six kilograms per square meter) with emulsion pressure distributor equipped for spraying uniformly , including carriage of materials and equipment including all leads and lifts with all mode of transport and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge conforming to clause 503 of MORT&H specification ( Latest revision)

Providing and applying Tack coat with medium grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface cleaned of dust and extraneous materials with mechanical brooms or any other approved equipments and spraying primer @ 0.2 Kg. per sqmt. ( zero point two kilograms per square meter) with emulsion pressure distributor equipped for spraying uniformly , including carriage of materials and equipment including all leads and lifts with all mode of transport and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge conforming to clause 503 of MORT&H specification (latest revision)

Providing and laying 50mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG -30 @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and laying 40mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder PBM40(HW65) @ 5% percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
