SITC of 10 MGD Centrifugal Sewage Pump at Avantika SPS by carrying out the following mechanical works:- Supply of Wilo Mather+Platt make non clog end suction sewage pump as identical to existing pump model 500-600 SW bearing Sr No 86/1154/D1, having impeller & Neck Ring (CF8), casing (1.5-2% NICI), Shaft & Sleeve (SS410) with suitable bearings in fitted condition, rest of other parts as per WILO (M&P) standard for following duties:  Head :- 22 meter  Discharge :- 1895m3/hr  RPM :- 750 Make: M&P

Supply / fabrication of MS Base frame made out from 200 x 100 mm MS Channel. Make: Tata / Jindal

Fabrication & supply of 600 mm dia MS Bend made out form 10 mm thick MS Sheet, dully welded and having 12 mm thick flanges on both sides. Make: Tata / Jindal

Supply of 600 mm dia MS Pipe made out form 10 mm thick MS Sheet. (for suction side) Make: Tata / Jindal

Supply of 500 mm dia MS Pipe made out form 10 mm thick MS Sheet. (for delivery side) Make: Tata / Jindal

Supply of 12 mm thick MS flanges for 600 mm dia MS Pipes. Make: Tata / Jindal

Supply of 12 mm thick MS flanges for 500 mm dia MS Pipes. Make: Tata / Jindal

Supply of Galvanized M.S. Nut bolts washer

Neoprene Rubber Packing. Make: National / Jyoti

Fixing of new base frame on existing RCC foundation. The job also includes fixing of new foundation boults in the pockets made in the foundation.

Removal of Blockage from existing suction line, delivery line and header line of the proposed pump. The job also includes servicing of the existing 600 mm dia suction side Sluice Valve and 500 mm dia delivery side Sluice Valve & NRV.

Installation of new Sewage Pumps, existing 175 KW Slip-ring induction motor on the newly installed base frame. The job also includes making of suction & delivery lines of the pump using above supplied MS Bend, MS Pipes, MS flanges & Nut Bolt with help of manual labour& EOT crane. The job also includes fixing of coupling after making bore as per requirement (New Coupling Shall be provided by the Department).175 KW motor shall be provided by DJB. The job includes alignment of motor with pump,SITC of 10 MGD Centrifugal Sewage Pump at Avantika SPS by carrying out the following electric works:-LRS suitable for motor upto 250 HP Shall be provided by the department

Supply of 1c X 400 sq mm Aluminum Armored Cable. Make:Grandlay/Gloster/ Havells

Supply of Heavy dutyAluminium Thimbles 400 sqmm. Make: Kapson / Dowell

Making of foundation for the new LRS in the dry sump at location provided by the engineer in charge. The job also includes fixing of the new LRS on the foundation with the help of EOT crane and manual labour.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 185 sqmm and upto 400 sqmm (clamped with 25x3mm MS Flat Clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. Mm

Fixing the aluminium thimbles on the single core cables and connection of the cables in LT Panel, LRS and motor with the help of crimping tool and manual labour.The job includes making all connection between motor, pump, starter & electrical panel etc for successful commissioning of new pump set.

Testing and commission of complete work in the Presence of Engineer-in-charge with full satisfaction
