Cement Concrete 1:4:8(one cement,foursand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone

Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3(One Cement, one and half Sand and three Aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works In foundation and basement

In ground floor upto 4.50M height above basement

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm 10gauge Column footing, plinth beam, top tie beam.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C.works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge

Brick Work in cement mortar 1:5(one cement, five sand) using best quality stock bricks of size 9”X4 3/8”X2 3/4” In Foundation and basement.

In ground floor upto 4.5M height above basement

Plastering the with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Plastering the with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of Aluminium, Anodised natural colour matt finish Single leaf door of size 2.10mx1.00m half glazed and half PLB board using 12mm thick PLB board and 5.50mm

Supplying and fixing M.S Grill to special windows and ventilators etc using 20mmx6mm angle including cost of MS grill, one of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete complying with Standard Specification and as directed.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of Aluminium Anodised natural colour matt finish sliding window in two track in all floors with following sizes

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in position of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of sizes as per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat

Paving the flooring with double charged vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc.

Painting new iron works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the red oxide primer in all floor including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc.,

Paving the flooring with Design and Colour Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc.,

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of size 150mmx150mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc.

Manufacturing Supplying and fixing Cup-Board Shutters in position using Novappan 12mm thick for panels with country wood outer frame of size 100mm x 32mm, shutter frame of size 75 x 32mm using best country wood scantlings

Supplying and fixing fine polished cuddapah slab of 40mm thickness for cup-board arrangements including laying to correct alignment with necessary cement mortar and black powder etc,

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipe of 20mm dia of approved quality and best varity conforming to ISS with ISI mark 10Kg per / sq. cm including cutting, threading, fixing etc.,
