Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for; and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description as in chajjas, facia, parapet; including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Uprooting, scrubbing out shrubs / plant / flora / fauna on walls, girth not exceeding 100 mm, cutting holes in walls, digging out roots applying (No Suggestions) acid / phenolic acid as per manufacturers instructions to burn out deep grown roots and making good the surface using CM 1:3 (mixed with and including water proofing compound) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The works to be carried out in Bldgs are of G+4, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Repair / Resecuring, easing, adjusting & re-fixing door shutters of any description in the same opening after laying of tiles, area of shutter exceeding 1 sq.m but not exceeding 2 sqm each, including making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, steel reinforcement using TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) and not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, precast reinforced cement concrete, (1:2:4) type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, as in cover slab, chajjas, facia, parapets, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule

Cleaning of loose scales and corrosion deposits from exposed reinforcement with steel wire brush or any other mechanical means and applying one coat of anti corrosive agent NITOZINC primer on exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Grouting 25 mm thick under covers to RCC beams, lintels, slabs, columns, chajjas, etc., including any temporary shuttering to edges with cement mortar (1:2) complete all as specified and as directed.

Grouting 40 mm thick, covers to columns, stanchions, girders, grillages, etc., including any temporary shuttering to edges with cement mortar (1:2) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of damaged portions of RCC members, and applying bonding agent NITOBOND EP on old exposed concrete surfaces for bonding new cementitious materials to existing cementitious surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) type E2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken slab filling, mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in pavings / sub-bases laid in panels, plinth protection finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 25 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in floor finishings, finishing the surfaces rough and even to receive screed bed / bedding layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for flooring with non-skid coloured ceramic tiles (area of tile exceeding 0.06 sq m and not exceeding 0.11 sq m), 7 to 8 mm thick, laid, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles, of size 450 x 300 x 7-8 mm thick (Grade B-IIA) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including provision of backing coat of 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, for padding concrete / leveling course over slabs with Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), laid to achieve proper slope as per site conditions, surfaces finished fair to receive screed bed and water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying only liquid based waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth including mixing with water proofing compound and applying 1mm thick Brush Bond, RFX (two component acrylic polymer modified cementious coating consisting of Brush bond RFX powder and Nitobond BBX acrylic emulsion grey in colour) of FOSROC or techno-commercially equivalent make, using stiff brush roller or trowel to obtain desired thickness as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Material and labour, for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar in two coats, 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing approved water proofing compound over 10 mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:4, and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour, for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of chajjas, facia in cement mortar in two coats, 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing approved water proofing compound over 10 mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:4, and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour, for Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for rendering 5 mm thick on brick or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar(1:3) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any type, preparing the roof top surfaces, by sweeping and removing all loose dirt, providing cement screed bed as mentioned bleow on prepared surface and providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.0 kg / sq.m and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms / sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 litre/sq.m by torched application, complete all as specified and directed. The complete roof treatement shall be consisting of as under and rate quoted shall deemed to inlcude for :- (i) 10 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound (Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item) (ii) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 litre / sq.m (iii) Laying of APP based membrane of specified thickness and weight. (iv) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml / sq.m Note: All side and laps shall be trowelled and finished with sealent to ensure proper bonding and effective treatment.

Material and labour, for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered wall surfaces of any description not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include for cost of wall care putty.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing, supply and fixing new 15 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings, such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, short pieces and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion, fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: i) Taps, valves in any shall be removed before taking down pipe, ii) Cutting chases for concealed piping shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Notes: i) Taps, valves in any shall be removed before taking down pipe, ii) Cutting chases for concealed piping shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and fix in repairs, gun metal, globe or gate valves 20 mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe including necessary cutting/threading the old pipe and provision of new fittings such as Tee, socket, elbow, union if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable EWC, supply and fixing new Vitreous china snow white colour floor mount type European Water Closet of size 520 x 360 x 390 mm with PVC seat cover and 'P' trap, fixing at a distance of 300 mm from wall with bolt including connection with flushing cistern, seat cover and with outlet pipe complete all as per Model CONVENTIONAL, Cat Part Nos B1510101 & S1050102 of CERA Make or equivalent in other makes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Vitreous china snow white colour 'Orissa pattern' squatting pan of size 580 mm x 440 mm with PVC 'P' or 'S' trap and integral foot rest complete, all as per Cat No .CALINA S3010102 of CERA make or techno commercially equivalent in other makes specified connected to existing flush pipe including provision of cement concrete bedding all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of 500 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 500 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of 750 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 750 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of 1000 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 1000 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Ball valves of 20 mm dia , (minimum weight 210 grams) , high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity exceeding 300 litres and not exceeding 1000 litres fixed on roof by setting aside (or lowering, if required) for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting / refixing / reconnecting in same / new location including writing date of cleaning on each tank with white paint, height / size of letters / figures not less than 10cm in height, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, soil / waste / vent pipes / rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., Supply and fix, UPVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia, type B ( conforming to IS 13592) single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints laid under floor or on walls fixed as soil / waste / vent pipes with Stack clamps made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Sl Item Nos. 43 & 44: Provision of necessary scaffolding for replacing defective pipes shall deemed to be included in quoted rates, and nothing extra will be admissible in this regard.

All as per Serial Item No 47 here-in-above, but of 110 mm dia UPVC (SWR) Pipe, type B ( conforming to IS 13592).

Supply and fix in repair UPVC (SWR) bends any radius 110 mm dia without oval access door, fixed in pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, UPVC (SWR) branch piece single T equal or unequal 75mm dia, with access door, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, UPVC (SWR) branch piece single T equal or unequal 110mm dia, with access door, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable Nahani trap, supply and fix PVC(SWR) floor trap/nahani trap 75 mm dia outlet with plain / single hole, CP grating, including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.
