Annual cleaning, upkeeping, gardening, repair and maintenance works of all Non-Residential Buildings and office premises at Jampali OCM of Jampali Sub-Area for a period of 02 years

Day to day cleaning upkeeping of office complex, Rest House, Hostel Buildings incl. all rooms, corridors, balconies, kitchen, floors, wash basins, sinks, bathrooms and open spaces surrounding the hostel building using suitable Sanitary Material (white phenyl or equivalent , Wheel detergent washing powder or equivalent and harpik or equivalent) including collection of garbage and disposal to the dustbins, gardening etc. all complete as per the direction of EIC(labours should be deployed in 2 shifts i.e 3 labours in first shift and 2 labours in 2nd shift) .

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification. One or more coats on old work

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work(two or more coats)

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats) with a base coat of whitening

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall 50 mm dia. nominal bore

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing.
