FLOATING JETTY Design, fabrication, Installation, testing and commissioning of floating jetty of 4000 x 4000 mm unique combination of HDPE floating cubes and hot dipped galvanized steel powder coated human guard rails of I Chaneel, fabrication of gantry for chain pulley attachment, 30 M rope of 8 mm dia, anti sked flooring. The platform should have design in such as way that it should bear 02 times safety factor considering all sorts of weights viz-a-viz non-clog submersible pump set, chain pulley block of 02 Ton capacity, gantry alogn with 04 to 06 persons weight and other allied accessories. (The design of the floating jetty should be as per the drawing enclosed having the provision for installation of pump set.)

PUMPING MACHINERY Providing & Installing Testing & Commissioning of one No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed make capable of delivering 1000 LPM against a head of 105mtr along-with electric panel board consisting of electric appliandiv.gsp such as automatic Starter, Main Switch. Volt Meter, Ampere Meter, ELCB, Shunt Capacitor, Single Phase Preventer, Indicating Lamps, MVB/MCCBs etc. including M.S. Column Pipe of suitable size 18.50 m (in 3 m Lengths each with flanges, screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts submersible cable (of reputed make) complete in all respects. As per ISI 1239-2004

Providing, laying and fixing with adhesive/bonding material of insulation rubber mat on the floor of the pump house covering area around electromechanical machinery for safe guarding life and limb of the work man due to possible leakage of current and short circuts. The mat shall be as per ISI 15652-2006 and shall have composition rubber (synthetic mat for electric purpose thickness 2.5mm 1 mtr long)
