SPL REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT OF BLDG NO. F-11 IN AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE SAUGOR

M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with approved modified membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/sqm and thickness not less than 3mm comprising with following items complete all as specified and directed:-

Item No. 1.00 Contd... (i) The surface of roof,parapet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus,mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain and outlets a groove shall be cut as specified and directed. (ii) Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kgs per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (iii) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm (iv) Laying of water proofing teratment of weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm and thickness not less than 3 mm APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane composed of 100 micron (±10% ) high density polyethylene sheet ( HMHDPE) as center core, which is standwiched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening , high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps 75 mm and 100 mm as per manufacture instruction etc. (v) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over the membrane. (vi) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) of 100x100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of dirction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/timers should be rounded and including M&L for cutting of grooves at wall all around 65mm deep 10mm wide for APP membrane to be laid in gap as required on site complete all as specified and directed.

(vi) Applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site . (vii) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) of 100x100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of dirction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/timers should be rounded and including M&L for cutting of grooves at wall all around 65mm deep 10mm wide for APP membrane to be laid in gap as required on site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cool roof tiles 8-10 mm thick 300mmX 300mm in size white/ plain in colour conforming to sun reflective Index (SRI) value minimum of 90, over and including 15mm thick 1:3 Screed bed fixed with 3 mm spacers and joints shall be filled with epoxy grout complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC ( 1: 2: 4) type B-0 using (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) etc on roof top as a leveling course / padding to maintain the slope,finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, lime, concrete,tiles , cement plaster, padding upto 30cm depth from roof surfaces etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves and throwing the same to a distance exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr from the roof of height 3 to 9 m height etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 kg bag of cement applied over roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerb, haunching etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of the old plastered surfaces of existing treatment and applied for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal/ Anti Algai properties in two coats not less than 1.79 litre(undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction over and including one coat of exterior primer over on old plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 160 mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed to walls complete, including taking down old u/s pipe with all fittings complete all specified and directed

S&F 160 mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes bends any radious complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straright or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6 etc, including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick / concrete/ stone surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of raised pointing to RR masonary walling brought upto course in CM (1:4) including racking of joints complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity, triple layer in construction white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including PVC float valve assembly including assessories with float valve 20mm dia complete, including dismantaling of old tank with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity of tank and reconnecting and refixing in position capacity of tank exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltr. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc, including taking down 15 mm dia GI tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed

S&F GI tubing 20 mm bore medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc, including taking down 20mm dia GI tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed

Taking down or up steel/ Pvc tubing and connection including cleaning and refixing the same at old/new location of 15mm bore complete all as secified and directed

Taking down or up steel/ Pvc tubing and connection including cleaning and refixing the same at old/new location of 20mm bore complete all as secified and directed

Taking down or up steel/ Pvc tubing and connection including cleaning and refixing the same at old/new location of 25mm bore complete all as secified and directed

Taking down old unsv termination rod and M & L for air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on strip with base plate suitable distance complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv test point terminal and S & F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze fixed on wall with PVC junction box complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv earth continuity conductor & M & L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall & Roof top in grid connection with air termination rod of size 25x3 mm aluminium strip complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25X4 mm galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unsv earthing and M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil incl 15 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI wire incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt PCC (1:2:3) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth pit with 40x40x6mm MS angle iron frame, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) internally and upto 150mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with 20mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering and wire mesh complete all as specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part (2009 ) and connected to earth test incl testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old GI Pipe and S&F medium grade galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore confirming to ISI marked all fittings supports of air teremination in grid of lightning conductor , including suitable clamps nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate for coping of pole/post using extra cement for smooth finish including form work complete, including demolition of old PCC complete all as specified and directed.
