Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 2 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required .

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC/ PCC/ steel tubular/ rail pole for 2 wire system.

Providing of XLPE insulated and PVC sheated heavy duty Aeral bunch power cable 1.1 kv grade aluminium unarmoured cable solid / stranded conductor. The cable shall be laid in the air supported by poles as per specification . ABC cable of size 3 CX35 +1 C X 16 + 1C X 25 sq.mm

Supply of 16 sq mm 4 core alluminium armored cable.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of size not exceeding 35 sq mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed Steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate ,suitable G.I. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cabel etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in FRLSont on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 No 4sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

100 A TPN, one way, tap off box with TPN each disconnector FSU and ISI marked HRC fuses for rising mains

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 100 A 16 KA

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. Supply of 100 A TPN BBC (Cu) with 4 u/g ways

Supply and fixing of onload manual switch disconnector changer with sheet steel enclosure Type - C011000OOOO,100 AMP

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
