Preparation of old plastered/unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down or steel brushing, scraping down smoke roots. moulds , moss and efflorescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash after removal of nails on wall surfaces complete all as specified.

Description all as item No.1 here-in-before but on ceiling surfaces.

Complete removal of existing treatment from brick walls or concrete surfaces including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including preparation of surfaces on walls as specified .

Preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat (finishing coat) of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of Exterior acrylic emulsion paint walls over a coat of alkali registant primer including preparation of surfaces of any description complete all as specified.

Writing letters or figures by specialist / professional painter (Block, Roman, Italic or indian ) with thick black synthetic enamel paint not exc. 10cm height on white base complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick on patches, brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing cement plaster complete all as specified.

Rendering 12mm thick on patches, brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing cement plaster complete all as specified.

Rendering 5mm thick ceiling on concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing cement plaster complete all as specified.

Preparing newly plastered or or unplastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Preparing newly plastered or unplastered wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified.

Preparing newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Dewatering the PVC water tank of capacity upto 500 Litre cleaning and removing all scales and dirt silt etc from water tank, removing lid without disturbing pipe line system and float valve and making functional after cleaning and writing letter "date of clearance, date, month and year" with black / white base painting complete all as specified. Note:- Periodicity will be assessed by the Engineer- in -Charge accordingly to site condition.
