Five star rated with brushless direct current (BLDC) motor connecting up complete with and including three core flexible PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose / connector, with and including serial number of ceiling fan and GE 861 EWS with red colour permanent marker complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Srl Number of ceiling fan and 'GE 861EWS ' shall be writing on fan with red colour permanent marker . The cost for the aspect deemed to be included in the quoted rates by contractor. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) Srl number shall be issued by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits),with 1.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade ISI Marked , with and including PVC casing and capping of medium grade of suitable size and run on wall / surface with all fittings (ISI Marked) with and including one single core 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade (ISI marked ) (as in green colour) as continues earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. controlled by Switch piano flush type 5 Amp single pole one way for one fan point with and including CI/MS/ wooden sunk box of required size with and including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge . Note : Switch piano flush type 5 Amp single pole one way shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' BoQ.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose PVC/ Polycarbonate insulated body type, 3 terminals, 240 volts, 5 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Switch piano flush type 5 Amp single pole one way ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation and testing wall mounted split AC unit with and including indoor unit and outdoor unit complete with cordless remote control and with cooling and heating function arrangement electric driven, single phase of capacity of 2 TR, BEE 5 star rated for cooling and heating type spit A/Cs arrangement and digital inverter based AC twin rotary of capacity including suitable size copper tubing with proper thermal insulation, water drain out piping & indoor/ outdoor unit mounting brackets complete as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to include drilling/coring of holes in walls, chasing, cutting and making openings as required for routing refrigerant pipes, drain pipes and cables, and making good all disturbed surfaces to match the existing finish. No extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

Supply and Fixing Voltage stabilizer copper wound for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of sheet metal enclosures with and including socket plug top single phase and neutral enclosure with and including two pin earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amps, 'C' curve , 10KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Distribution board, Vertical Type, T P&N, 4 way , 415 volts , Double door, sheet steel. enclosure powder coated with and including 200 amps rated bushbar with neutral link, fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete with and including one no. MCCB 3 Pole , 100Amp , breaking capacity 16kA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i)The rate of one no. MCCB 3 Pole , 100Amp , breaking capacity 16kA is incudied in this item and contractor quote his rate accordingly. Nothing shall be extra paid on this account. (ii) The rate of 200 Amps copper bus bar is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.50 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning & GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclousers made out of CRCA mild steel sheet , IP-43 protection, flush mounted with metal door, powder coated DB SPN 8 way 230 V AC with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar, Double Door,08 modules, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCBs / MCCBs/ Isolators etc.conforming to IS/IEC-61439-2:2011, BS-5484 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: (i)MCBs / MCCBs/ Isolators shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items. (ii) The rate of 200 Amps copper bus bar is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
