M&L for providing cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks, lintels, cills, steps, seismic and other similer bands, kerbs and like etc. including demolition of old existing concrete work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as in grills, gratings, railings, frame work of water tanks etc; with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, platform bases etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, chajjas and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for flat finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roof and sides of bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm wide for flat finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor (unreinforced) and paving n exc 15 cm thick (below or above GL) including tiling if any complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for flooring, finishing even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, aprons, hard standing, path and like; finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with and including making the grooves in bays n exc 2 m in length and cutting dummy joints 65 x 10 mm @ 3 m interval and at corners and filling the same with bitumen mastic 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling of broken bricks aggregate of gauge n exc 63 mm in soakage well, soak pit and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 - 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc; set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of old tiles fixed in any mortar and position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in walls/ vertical surface of size 350 x 250/ 450 x 350 & 7 mm thick over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for backing of tiles, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of old tiles fixed in any mortar and position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (modular size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (modular size bricks) straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete/stone masonary surfaces, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement vitreous china water closet squatting pan "Orissa Pattern" of size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rests with and including provn of cement concrete bedding and 'P' or 'S' trap as required including connection to trap and to flush pipe, anti syphonage pipe, etc. and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs syphonic action type PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity with 32mm dia flush pipe and fixing to supply pipe including PVC connection 600 mm long 15 mm bore with brass heads & washers and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china urinal, bowl type (back or corner wall type) of approx size 465 x 355 x 265 mm with providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement (excluding flushing cistern) but with and including CP waste fitting, PVC waste pipe, CP urinal spreader and PVC connection 450 mm long for flushing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china urinal, half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern) but including CP waste fitting, PVC waste pipe and CP urinal spreader complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of out old existing interlocking paver blocks, any thickness, size & type from the existing location including sand dust, stacking properly the serviceable tiles for reuse; and remova/ disposall of the unserviceable materials at low lying areas to a distance not exceeding 250 m with and including relaying old retrieved paver blocks by providing 50 mm thick stone dust cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate is deemed to included for coarse sand and dust as required at site.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block reflective type (glossy finish) any shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 and size of 60 mm thick, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments including dismantling of old tiles/ stone slabs of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for desilting of septic / sewage tank, any size including cleaning and taking out mud/ sludge, scum, silt (both organic and inorganic nature) etc; from septic tanks by mechnical means through suction machine from any detth in foul conditions and confinded places adopting precautionery measures, getting out and disposal of the waste/ sludge water in closed container at authorised dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: Net contents of solid sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid. Quoted rate of tendered is deemed to be inclusive dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

M&L for mechanically pumping out sewage liquid from septic tanks/ manholes of any size and depth including removing the same to distance n.exc 50 m out side of the building perimeter by any means of T&P required etc; and dewatering of tank complete all as specified and directed.
