Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the debris outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in - Charge.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all necessary arches, quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Material & labour for Brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering CM (1:6) 15 mm thick plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc including finished even and smooth without using extra cement up to four storey height bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Material & labour rendering 10mm thick plaster on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls over a coat of primer with and including 1mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M &L for preparing new plaster surface of walls and applying two coats of Cement base paint on walls over a coat of alkali-resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of approved shade of oil emulsion distemper including repairing of pot holes and cracks with putty, render plaster where required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation on old plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of exterior Apex/weather coat over a coat of primer any tint (colour as approved by GE) over 1mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surface of wall, band/chajja/balcony up to four storey height building complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
