Supply ,Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site (including Head load) and erection of 9 Mtr. Long Poles (410, SP-33) with pit excavation, refilling the pit with soil, boulders as per REC standard.

Supply ,Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site , Laying , stringing, tensioning and binding of 30 mm2 ACSR Conductor , including joints by PG clamps wherever required as per REC standard.

Cement bottoming of S T poles in 1:3:6 mix as per REC standard 0.5 cum/pole for ST Pole 9m and 0.45 cum/pole for ST Pole 8m, muffing 20 cm above ground, including plaster and curing of concrete.

Supply and Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide and two coats of Aluminium paint of standard quality.

Supply and fixing of pole Earthing by G.I pipe 40 mm dia or G.I rod 20 mm , 2.5 mtr long through GI strip.

Supplying and Fixing of Danger Plates with clamps with writing in English and Regional Language

Supply and fixing of anti-climbing GI Barbed wire binding with Clamps at a distance of 30 to 40 cm at a height of 3.5 to 4 m from ground level. At-least 3.5 kgs GI barbed wire(12 SWG) is to be used per pole for the purpose.

Supply , and fixing of GI “V’ cross-arm (75x40x40x6)mm with Pole Top Bracket including back clamps of 50X8 mm for fixing V-Cross arm and pole top bracket without making holes in the ST pole as per REC standard for single pole structure as per REC standard.

Supply & installation ,testing , commissioning of 11 KV Pin Insulators (Polymer) with pins 5KN as per REC specifications.

Supply & fixing of GI nuts and bolts of sizes

Dismantling of Existing conductor and shifting of same to Divisional Stores including Dragging, loading, unloading and Carriage.

Dismantling of Existing HT Poles along with all Allied Material and shifting of same to Divisional Stores including Dragging, loading, unloading and Carriage.

Providing, Installation, Fabrication of Sign Board of dimensions 3' x 2', 2mm MS Sheet, 5' above the ground by Support made of Angle Iron (50x50x6)mm in PCC (1:2:4) mix.
