Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay,except in hardrock reqiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil well rammed and completed depositing the surplus excavated soil with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officrs with initial lead and lifts and cleaning, levelling, the site etc., complete as per SS 20B for foundation

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, five fine aggregate and Ten course aggregate) mix using 40mm HBG ISS metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers

Centering for soffits of CC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm x and BG 10 stiffened with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm c/c and supported by consurina props of 10 cm to 13cm dia spaced of 75cm c/c complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmentsl officers etc., complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement Two aggregate and Four course aggregate) mix using 20mm HBG ISS metal for all RCC items of works excluding centering and shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing the same and also fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works whereever necessary as directed by the departmental officer etc., complete

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M- Sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 350Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Towards cost and supply of Manhole Cover SFRC 60x60cm Heavy duty withframe including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges ete., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and Delivery of 90mm dia 6Ksc PVC pipe as per IS 4985/2000, the cost shall including loading , unloading and stacking charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Removing the excavated earth from the site to 2Km lead including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for loading the earth from the site and unloading the earth in low level portions as pecified by the engineer any where in town panchayat limit etc., complete
