Repair to the coupling and suction pipe of priming pumpset at LIS Rathua. The job includes repair to coupling by unscrewing the old rusted nut bolts and decoupling the pump-motor assembly. Providing/fitting of new coupling in place of damaged worn out as per sample to fasten the pump motor assembly. Dismantling of priming unit’s suction pipe by means of tool and tackles/manual labor and then extraction of the suction pipe from the nallah. The job further includes cutting of rusted part of the suction pipe (approx. 4ft in length) from the priming suction pipe. Providing/fitting of GI pipe 3 inch dia., 4ft in length in place of old rusted portion of the pipe by way of threading at both ends of pipe. Finally fitting of the priming suction pipe at the site by means of tool and tackles and manual labour. Also Providing & fitting of new CI coupling set by way of machining for keyway on either side of shaft (motor and pump side) to the pumping unit no.3 as per sample by way of resizing of holes. Job also includes dismantling of the old coupling pulleys from the shaft and then providing and fitting of new coupling nuts/bolts & rubber bushes. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charges, and labor charge at site Providing/fitting of wire mesh along the intake sump tank of LIS Rathua approx. 20ft in length and 6ft height for protection of foot valves from the unwanted polybags/garbage etc. flowing in the Choi Nallah. The job involves fitting the wire mesh around the sump area by way of providing and fixing with M.S angle iron members already erected with the help of nuts and bolts/welding. Job includes cost of material and labour charges for skilled and semiskilled labour, hire charges of welding set, tools and tackles to be employed at site for execution of job. Replacement of approx. 26mtrs damaged aluminum cable 185 mm2 3.5 core at LIS Rathua from main switch near electric transformer to voltage stabilizer inside the pump room. The job involves disconnecting the connections of old burnt/damaged aluminum cable from the 200KVA voltage stabilizer, main switch and LT control panel. Providing, laying and fitting of P.V.C armoured aluminum cable 185 mm2 3.5 core 26mtrs. (approx.) of reputed make in place of damaged one from main switch near electric substation to voltage stabilizer and voltage stabilizer to LT control panel duly thimbled at both ends. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charges, hire charges for tools, tackles required for the job and labour charges for skilled labour at site. Replacement/repair to the parts of the damaged LT control panel for 3x40HP Motors of LIS Rathua. The job involves disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cables of L.T. control Panel. Replacement of the damaged wiring, removing carbon from the burnt places of the LT control panel and then cleaning with recommended chemicals. Servicing of main incomer 630 Amp and 1No. outgoing 200Amp. MCCBs of LT control panel by cleaning/servicing by recommended chemicals making them free from carbon. Replacement of 2no.s outgoing 200Amp MCCB and 3no.s 185mm2 aluminium thimbles in place of damaged ones. Insulation of the bus bars wherever required. Repairs/servicing of the 400Amp main switch by way of disconnecting the HT fuses and then cutting damaged incoming aluminium cables of main switch and providing/fitting of 3no.s 185mm2 aluminium thimbles to them and making connections. Replacement of 2no.s 400Amp HRC fuses in place of damaged ones. Rebate on account of old material to be provided by the bidder. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges for skilled and semiskilled labour, hire charges of tools and tackles to be employed at site for execution of job including the out station charges etc. C/Job
