Material and labour for filtration of transformer oil through stream line/high vaccum filtration plant for extracting moisture content in the oil and carbon deposits and bringing the di-electric strength not less than 40 KV for one minute with sphere gap of 2.5 mm including checking the value of acidity of oil with a acidity test kit and submitting test report for Die electric strength and acidity of transformer oil before/after filteration complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- The contractor should submit the Test sheet for all transformer in which dehydration of transformer oil carried out all directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and filling of New transformer oil confirming to IS 335-1963 as amended and die electric strength not less than 60 KV for topping up/replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs HT bushing rod complete with insulator and packing suitable for out door/Indoor type upto 400 KVA, 11KV rating transformers confirming to IS-334 complete with nut, bolts, brass studs and gasket of synthetic rubber bonded cork sheet all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No- 34 above but for capacity above 500 KVA and upto 1000 KVA, 11KV rating.

Material and labour for maintenance, servicing & Oil Leakage arresting upto 400 KVA, 11KV rating, Distribution Transformer, providing necessary gaskets, Oil Seals, cleaning, dusting, decarbonising, tightening loosened parts, including replacing worn out part copper studs, bolts nuts and washers replacing oil Seals, HT bush, gasket including unserviceable coil, replacing of defective minor items such as as and when required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The item spare parts and oil to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately, However minor items such as gasket, nut and bolt shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. The quoted rates are inclusive of crane charges for lifting and re assembling from the structure.

All as per item No 36 above but of cap above 500 KVA to 1000 KVA, 11KV rating.

Supply and fix in repairs LT bushing complete with insulator and packing suitable1100 volts grade complete with nut bolts, brass studs, insulator and gasket etc suitable for upto 400 KVA, 11 KV rating out door/Indoor transformer complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES FOR SL ITEM No 36 to 37 :- (i) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deem to include for opening of top plate of transformer / decanning of oil from transformer up to the level as per requirement and assemble the same after replacement of bushing rod complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Bushing rod shall be replaced at site. transformer will not be allowed to send to workshop at any cost and all bushing replacement work shall be executed at site only.

Supply and fix in repairs silica gel breather assembly transparent type with first fill of silica gel suitable for upto 400 KVA, 11 KV rating ( 1/2 kgs ) transformers complete including connecting with proper rubberized gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of HT/LT transformers by winding the defective coils with copper wire as of same gauge as per existing size together with new material and aluminium bracings beore placing into the transformer and assembling the HT/LT coil with new insulation between core and LT coil and fixing the coil in the chamber, testing and commissioning the transformer and recording the test result up to satisfaction levels of Engr-in -Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Removing, transporting the indoor/outdoor type transformers of capacity 630 KVA to 1000 KVA from one location to work shop to cary out the necessary repairs or rewinding / modification of HT/LT indoor/outdoor transforner, after dismantling HT/LT side carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strips and draining out the transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core replacing the 5mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover reassembling the complete dismantled items, reconnecting the HT/LT supply cable ends at the site complete all as directed.

Material and labour for boring holes under pavement, hard standing by trenchlesss technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour cutting/trimming of tree branches which are touching to four pole/two pole structure and clearing the same up to 4 mtr radius for span length not exceeding 10 to 15 meter and removing the same n ecx 50 m or as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
