Operation of clear water booster and submersible pump sets, fire fighting pump sets and equipments, and high mast i/c minor maintenance of electrical panel and other installations at RajendraBhawan, Rajendra Place as per inventory and terms and conditions attached.

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED surface mounted Batten light of following body material and construction as per IS : 10322 with driver (Replaceable) as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Operating voltage AC 140 270 Volt, frequency 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -5 °C to 40 °C, internal surge protection of 2.5 KV with Short & Open circuit protection, THD < 10%, P. F.≥0.95, IP20, CRI >80, Flicker free, (flicker should be below 5 %), life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry), of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends, CCT 6500°K (As per ANSI Bin), SDCM(Standard Deviation 45 DELHI SCHEDULE OF RATES (E&M)-2025 Colour Matching) <3, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard. Manufactures Word Mark/ Name Engraved/ Embossing/ Screen printing on housing. complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy ≥105 <120 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-inCharge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C). Powder coated die cast / Extruded aluminium Body (Thickness > 1.20 mm) 18-22 Watt (4 feet long)

Servicing, preventive maintenance, testing, commissioning of 100 BHP diesel engine including supply and replacement of engine oil, filter, coolant, hose pipe kit i/c cleaning / calibration of injectors etc. complete as required.

Supply, & replacement of fully charged lead acid battery of capacity 12 volt 150 AH for 100 BHP diesel engine driven pump set i/c connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required at site ( old battery will be the property of agency)

Lifting of submersible pump set 100mm dia from the existing bore well along with 50mm dia G.I. pipes, sub. Cable, dismantling of G.I. pipes, submersible cable and submersible pump set etc. as required.

Lowering of submersible pump set of size 100mm diaalongwith existing 50mm dia G.I. pipes, i/c supply and fixing of 10mm dia G.I. nut, bolt & washers and binding the submersible cable at suitable intervals, delivery pipe connection, electric connection and testing etc. as required.

Rewinding & repairing of 7.5HP electric monoblock pump set with suitable size & gauge of copper winding I/c,replacement of defective ball bearing ,terminal plate,copperthimble,replacement of wormout parts, bearing, and shaft twisting i/c cartage to & fro, loading, unloadomg to workshop i/c dismantling, reassembling i/c cartage to and fro, testing on load etc complete as required at site.

Rewinsing of 3HP, 12 stage submersible pump set including replacement/repairing of GM bearing bush (04 Nos.), water seal (02Nos.), thrust bearing (01 No.), thrust plate (01 No.), EP bowl (10 Nos.), pumnp shaft (01 No.), copupling sleeve (01 No.) with rotor balancing to & fro transportation, testing and commissioning, complete in all respect as reqd.
