Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m on plan) including dressing of sides an ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m (a) all kinds of soil

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidation etc. complete

Proving and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: a) All works upto plinth level

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping & removal of forms for: a) Foundation, Footings Bases for Coloumns and mass concrete

Supplying and fixing of precast RCC slabs (factory made, the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Directorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 within 20mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platforms, vibration etc. with ;lifting hooks of M.s. 10 mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reinforcement, certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concrete and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer – in – charge (b) Size 900x 400x 100 mm with steel reinforcement not less than 5 kg per unit -12 T capacity
