Supply , installed, Testing and commissioning Transformer step down , Copper wounded, Outdoor Type complete with standard fittings HT 11 KV / 433 volts (at no load) 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, 250 KVA capacity core type double copper wound, oil immersed. naturally cooled,. Oil naturally Air natural (ON AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with victor group DYn-11 with natural brought out on secondry side (LV side) and having tapping at +- 2.5% & +- 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temp rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after contineous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsies. The Transformer shall be IS - 1180 marked complete all as specified and as directed and shall comprises of the following :-

(a) Three Nos porceian bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with copper rods, nuts and washers etc.

(b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands.

(c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.

(d) De- hydrating breather with first type fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel).

(e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover .Oil level gauge , Oil dgain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap , plug with connection plate complete. Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.

(f) One No 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type , having range 0-120 Degree Celsius with metal guard having mazimum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re- setting devices.

(g) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 mm x 6 mm GI iron earth strip for earthing of body.

(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate

(j) Extra bushing for neutral, out side the cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral

(k) Frist filling of new and unsued transformer oil, IS- 335 marked (Make - Savita / Power Link) filtered and tested complete.

Supply laying, jointing and testing cable HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3.0 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.0 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying in trenches or passing through pipe / fixed to pole / wall LT XPLE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with alluminium conductor , 1100 volts grade , cross sectional area 120 sqmm X 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Transformer trolly , totally enclosed suitable for carry the transformer of capacity 315 KVA outdoor type and the trolly having following technical specifications:-

(a) Dimention of platform - 2100mm X 1500mm (+ or -10 mm)

(b) Height - 1500 mm (+ or -10 mm)

(c ) Chassis (Base frame) - MS Channel 75 X 38 mm & 100 X 50 mm

(d) Platfrom (Floor) - MS Plate Approx 5 mm Thick

(e) Trolly Side (Cage Frame) - MS Sq pipe 50 X 50 mm 2 mm thick (+-2 mm ) & covered by weided Mesh of size 75 mm X 30 mm

(f) Front Rear & side door - (3 Doors ) Fabricated with MS Angle iron 35 X 35 X 5 mm covred with weided mesh with heavy hinges and locking arrangement

(g) Support for DO Fuse & insulators MS channels 75 X 38 mm (+-2 mm) height 1720 mm & Distance phase to phase 500 mm distance

(h) Axel - 2 Axel size 50 mm sq and length 1500 mm front without brake down rear with back drum

(j) Rims - Rim 4 in Number

(k) Tyres and tubes - 4 in Nos inflatable of size 600 X16

(l) Suspension - Leaf spring suspension provided on all four wheels with hangers and U bolts suitable for 2.5 ton gross weight.
