1254.00 sleepers with all Railway supplied fittings complete for TBTR work to specified gauge under traffic block with contractor's tools including aligning, levelling to make track fit for 20 kmph speed and as directed by Engineer in- charge. Note: Transportation of track material if supplied beyond 250m of bridge approaches, shall be paid separately under relevant item.

75.00 sections on bridge portion over wooden/PSC/steel channel sleepers excluding flared ends duly leading new guard rails including cutting of rails, drilling holes to the guard rails as required and as per drawings, refixing with all fastenings, and leading back the released rail, stacking at nominated place clear of infringements with all leads & lifts complete and as directed. Supplying & fixing of Anti-Skid MS / Stainless Steel chequered plates on un- ballasted deck bridge as per approved drawings, with matching grade stainless steel fasteners as directed by Engineer-in- Charge, on new bridge or replacement of existing chequered plates on old bridge including removal of old chequered plates and stacking near approaches of bridge, clear from all infringement. Note: Joints of chequered plates shall not fall in between sleepers

6668.15 conforming to latest IS: 6911, ISS Symbol 409 M, minimum 6mm thick (excluding bead height) with flat bottom and top pattern conforming to IS: 3502, 1A with bead height of minimum 0.8mm as per RDSO drawings, including removal of existing chequered plates on existing Bridges. NOTE: Payment shall be made only as per weight of new chequered plate fixed.

Note: One Set consists of 2 nos. Elastomeric Pad 25mm/30mm and 4 nos. Grooved Rubber Pad.

1254.00 sleepers of 52/60Kg Rails procured from RDSO approved firms a s per RDSO approved drawing with up-to-date correction slips and specifications with all contractor's lead, lift, labour, tools, plant, transportation etc. complete as per instructions of Engineer in-charge. Note: Complete fixture for 1 sleeper shall constitute 1 set. Total 11456508.79

Designing & Preparation of GAD for the new Each steel sleepers for straight/curved/eccentric Bridge Girder bridges to carry 25t axel load trains duly taking actual measurement of girders/alignment of track of idividual sleepers from field, preparartion of GAD as per railway requirement. For Bridges with span > 12.20 mtr.

Proof Checking of Design of steel sleepers for Each straight/curved/eccentric bridges to carry 25T Bridge axel load trains by Dept of civil engineering at IISc/Banglore or IIT and obtaining final approval for the design from the competent authority of railway administration.
