Demolition of brick work or stone masonry of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but, except brick using old retrieved bricks obtained from demolition in serviceable conditions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry uncourse, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but, except stone complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Old retrieved stones obtained from demolition in serviceable condition shall be used in the work).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floors and pavings of any description and in any position n. exc 15 cm thick below or above G.L including removing and disposal complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain bed complete all as specified made to shape and size as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finish drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stooped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick surface or stone including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and prepared to the plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick walls in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry/stone walling in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for desilting/removing of earth deposits from the drains/nallahas / trenches etc of any description & in any position, getting out and disposal of earth complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Nature of silt/earth deposits in the drains/nallahas is soft/ loose and sandy soil).

Demollition of cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in shelves, cover slabs for manholes/drains etc set in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary form work and MES marking etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately) under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

S&F mild steel TMT bars of 8-10 mm dia and cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia for securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of grass, shurbs,vegetation of any type & height with mechanically/manually means upto ground level including scrapping and making the runway shoulder area neat and clean by removing/ throwing the rubbish to a distance not less than 500mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing/kept aside existing RCC cover slab size 95x50x30 cm thickness of the drain to be removed/refixing in the existing position manually or mechanically before/after cleaning the drain.Note :Cleaning items of the drain should be paid seperately.

M&L for 600mm bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP3,laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed including dimantling of old RCC pipe& necessary excavation.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipe incl packing under and completely surrounding pipes with cement concrete 1:3:6 mix,type C-2(using 40mm geaded stone aggregate)complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing and cleaning of sides/bottom of the existing drains/nallahas and berms of drains, roads/path etc of any description and in any position, by cutting all bushes, shrubs, sarkandas and any other types of vegetations and trees girth upto 30 cm and trimming the earth surface to make good side cuts/surface soil depression , removing and disposal of the waste retrieved from site clearance to make free and smooth flow of water and to get a uniform slope complete all as specified and as directed.
