The cost of pipes should include loading, freight, transit insurance, incidental charges, packing, taxes and transportation charges upto stack yard in good condition etc., complete (the cost excluding unloading from lorries at stack yard and stacking which will be paid separately) etc., complete and as per directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Tamper proof DI single chamber double orifice triple function (ventilating, admiting & ventilating during operation) air release valve with pressure rating PN 10/16 with body and cover made of Ductile Iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50, conforming to IS 1865 with Food Grade Epoxy Powder coating (EP-P) inside and for outside of colour blue RAL 5005. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., cover bolts, made of Austenitic alloy steel of SS AISI 304/316. The float shall be made of Polytetrafluroethylene/ Austenitic alloy steel of AISI 304/316. Gaskets and seals of EPDM / Neoprene rubber for TWAD Board works anywhere in Tamil Nadu and with 5 years warranty etc., complete and as per directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Supply and delivery of Brass Multi Jet Model & Woltman model AMR meters with removal mechanism confirming to IS 4064 Part I, II , III Class B or IS 779 & IS 2373 standards with type test certificate for Routine Test, IP 68 Test certificate issued by FCRI / NABL Accredited lab. The water meter shall have magnetic or mechanical drivers or shall be versatile for installation in any position. The meters shall be hydrodynamically or hydrostatically balanced. The runner, runner chamber, pointers of the meter shall be as per ISO 4064 class B specification. Dry dial excavated counter housing fully protected againts flooding ensuring easy reading in all climatic conditions. The meter shall be inferential, Dry-Dial type, Class B with straight reading cyclometer with inbuilt filter basket, Brass body, Inbuild NRV & Strainer for the sizes upto 40mm Brass / Bronze Nut and tailpieces, protective top lid, secured by a robust hinge with sealing facilities for couplings and sizes 50mm & above shall be woltman type complies to ISO 4064 - Class B standard with flow meter body shall be of DI / CI.

The process connections shall be of flanged ends with pressure rating upto 16 Bar. The water meter shall be equipped with Dual pulse output with integrated battery - operated data logger with minimum battery life upto 7 years or better. The data logger shall be SIM based / RF based with required SIM cards will be in the scope of flow meter manufacturer. Data logging will be continuous and data transfer to cloud shall be minimum of 1 per day. The flow meter with integral data logger shall comply to IP 68 installations and with 5 years warranty including dirtbox & erection charges etc., complete and as per directed by TWAD Board Officers.
