Earth work in ordinary soil in embankments, roads, etc. maximum laboratory dry density not less than 1.44Gm/1.52Gm/1.65Gm per cubic centimeter in road embankments respectively upto 3m/more than 3m high and top 0.5m below sub-grade level within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift from approved borrow pits away from the toe of the final section of the road embankment bottom of the pit not being cut by an imaginary line having a slope 1:4 projected from the edge of the final section of the bank including rough dressing and breaking clods maximum 5cm. to 7cm and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 23cm in depth upto required level including removal of roots, shrubs, bushes and all foreign debris from the earth and benching the old embankment, sectioning and cambering the earth work and coveyance of all material. T & P articles required for the work complete in all respect as per specification of work and direction of the Engineer-in-charge and to be measured on section measurement after compaction under O.M.C. conditon (100cum) including cost of controlled compaction with P.R.R. watering upto O.M.C. and confirming to approved specification including hire and running charges of PRR.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading in to & transportation by mechanical means & unloading the soil within the lead of 3 km on properly & scientificaly approved surface including spreading & levelling the earth in 22.5cm layers to make ready for watering & compaction with sheep foot roller & dozers but excluding watering & compaction in canal bank for all heights including & construction, maintenance, watering & lighting of haul road & borrow area, cost of all labour, hire & running charges of machineries, cess, royalty, T & P. etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition.)

Watering earthwork upto OMC condition and compaction by sheepfoot rollers and dozer in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm to 95% dry density including hire and running charges of all the machineries, cost of labour, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under OMC condition.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost ,conveyance, royality of materials,taxes,labour, cess, hire & running charges of machineries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Prime coat with bitumen Emulsion using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.60 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works(4th Revision). including cost ,conveyance of materials, taxes, labour, cess, hire & running charges of machineries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading including cost ,conveyance & royalty of materials, taxes, labour, cess, hire & running charges of machineries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works(4th Rev) including cost ,conveyance of materials, taxes, labour, cess, hire & running charges of machineries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and layind Semi Dense Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, including cost ,conveyance & royalty of materials, taxes, labour, cess, hire & running charges of machineries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, supplying and laying moorum in layers not exceeding 100mm watering & compacting to the required dencity in O.M.C. with PRR including cost and conveyance of moorum including cost ,conveyance & royalty of materials, taxes, labour, cess, hire & running charges of machineries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in Ordinary soil within 50m

Providing and fixing 90 cm equilateral Triangle of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing
