Preparation and submission of detailed engineering foundation design and structural design with reference to the latest norms and B.I.S. specification. The design assignment include furnishing of conceptual structural design and drawings for various type design, stilt + 5 floors proposed for construction in the scheme area corporating the reinforcement details with various diameter of bar and bar bending schedule to the adopted for various structures like, column, pile, pile cap, grid beam, plinth beam, Lintel, Tee beam, L. Beam, cantilever beam, staircase waist slab, rod slab etc., to the satisfaction of the employer for the adoption of various type design of building and got approved from the TNHB. The approved, final structural design details and working drawing will be furnished with two sets of tracing in original and two sets of CDS for TNHB office use and reference. all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
