Labour charge for opening taken out complete assembley from the samp well and reassembling lower down in sumpwell cable work connected with startor and labour charge fpr loading & unloading site to work shop to site.

Cutting of burnt winding taken out burnt winding wire and its melted chips P.V.C material from slots clearing decarborizing of complete stator slots rotor etc. making coils fixing in the stator slots insulation heating etc complete i/c solding brozing refitting of rewinded motor allingment and dymamically balance of rotor vertically allingnment with coupling trial and testing etc. complete.

Dismating work of damage rotor shaft by hydrolic pressure machine.

Providing making & fixing of new S.S metal rotor shaft EN-9 materials size as per sample

Providing & fixing GM long bush.

Providing & fixing S.S coupling bush.

Complete repairing & replacing unserviceble parts of 40 H.P double stage 40 mtr head alpine make subersible pump set. (Pump unit)

Labour charge for opening the pump assembley and taken out damaged bush & other parts spares by cutting & cleanung machining embarcing of rusted part of body to fit the new spares.

Providing and making of double stage pump impeller S.S shaft as per size and sample.

Providing of making of neck ring as per size and sample.

Providing of S.S slave as pe rsize and sample.

Providing of S.S coupling bush & key as per size and sample.

Providing of G.M impeller as per size and sample.

Lathe work for neckring and shaft matching fitting for proper fixing of impeller setting and allingment.

Complete job work refitting of complete pump parts fitting and trial testing of all spares allingment of pump and vertically allingmemt with motor coupling trial and testing etc.

Labor charge for complete repairing opening & refitting of 150 mm dia non return valve & sluice valve i/c cutting of old damaged nut bolt & providing recasting finishing, machining of gate plate holding rod assembly as per sample & required packing, complete nut bolt for fitting on delivery pipe line at site as per following items.

Supply of S.S. 410 spindle rod without G.M. check nut for 150 mm. dia.

Recasting of 150 mm dia sluice valve G.M. check nut i/c recasting, finishing, machining & threading as per sample & cost of extra material complete work.

Repairing of 150 mm. dia. sluice valve C.I. fixture check nut catcher both side i/c welding, finishing cutting as per size of check nut.

Labor charge of opening & refitting of 150 mm. dia. sluice valve i/c cutting of old damaged nut bolt, removal of damaged gland packing, rubber packing, providing, fixing of new by fabricated parts & greasing properly cost of nut bolt, over hanting the valve transportation of material T&P testing & making with risk cover as per requirement.

Providing & fixing of presure gauge meter 0.0 to 7 or 0.0 to 10 Kg./cm2 size 150 mm dia with presure control tube, nut bolt, socket, GI nipple with GM valve 150 mm dia etc complete work.
