Providing, supplying & spreading stone dust in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building a specification and direction of E/I. Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibration compaction, of approved size, design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over bed as per relevant IRC Code, filling the joints with fine sand etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing PCC M-20 with nominal mix (1:1.5:3) In position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level.[5.3.1.1]

Pre-Cast Concrete reinforcement Bench (Chair type Bench with back rest) consisting of 2 nos. L-shaped base support of thk. 100 mm, back height 1000 mim & font height 450 mm. Base width-620mm and 5 nos. Reinforced concrete planks in specified colour, of size 1500x100x50, lnd I no plank of size 1500x200x50 mm manufactured by using M30 grade of concrete reinforced suitably to prevent damage during handling, transportation, erection and long use.
