   This items are reserved for purchase from firms approved by RDSO Item ID: 3100045 , FABRICATED SWITCHES. (Including derailing switches as per RDSO Vendor Directory Ver 22.0 valid up to 30.06.2021 letter no. :- 22.0 QC- M-8.1-1 ).

   For the purpose of development order placement, only the developmental vendors listed as developmental vendors available on U-VAM vendor list of the item id/sub item id 3100045 applicable to this tender WITHOUT ANY CONDITION (regarding supply commencement preconditioned with prototype approval or field trials) will be treated as developmental vendors.i.e Developmental Vendors shall have the prototype approved/field trial completed (if required) for the drawing of the tendered item till the closing date of tender in order to qualify the eligibility for developmental order consideration. Additionally, Derailing Switch 60 Kg T-6068 being half set of Over Riding Switch 1 in 8.5, 60 Kg to Drg. No.T-4966, all approval obtained by firm regarding prototype approved/field trial (if required) for T-4966 will be treated as approvals for Derailing Switch 60 Kg T-6068 as well with regard to prototype approved/field trial (if required) .

   The participation of authorized dealers/traders will not be entertained. Bids received from OEM authorized dealers/traders on behalf of eligible RDSO approved sources will be summarily rejected.

Commercial-Compliance

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   1.Clarifications, if any, regarding specifications etc. may be obtained from Office of PCMM/HQ/NWR 2.A copy of relevant specifications and drawings can be obtained on payment by the tenderers from the Director General (Track), RDSO, Manak Nagar, Lucknow. The relevant drawings and specifications can be seen in the office of PCMM/HQ/NWR.

   The contractor shall be GST compliant and claim the applicable GST in their bills, which will be paid by the Railways.

   The Standard Technical requirement for Fabricated Switches STR TDG 0018 shall be referred at" Schedule of Tech Requirements" document appended with this tender.

   The Specification IRS T-10-2025 for Switches Specification shall be referred at" S No T 10 2025 " document appended with this tender.

   Price Variation Clause: No deviation from the Price Variation Clause stipulated in the tender is permitted.
