Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm [Armstrong make] in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections with appearance of groove ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of Aluminum sheet having electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

Providing making & supplying computer table made out of 19mm commercial ply for table top, mounted on the vertical side of 19mm commercial ply and cabinet made out of 19mm commercial ply for sides, shelves & shutters making concealed monitor arrangement by providing 8mm thick clear glass on table top of required size with edge polish as shown in drawing drawer and good quality ready made key board drawer with heavy sliding channels with powder coated handle for shutter,cable manager drawers all edges shall be lipped with 6mm thick T.W. lipping patti. All exposed faces should be 1.5mm thk laminate of approved colour and with all inner surface with 1mm thk approved laminate inclusive of cost of other materials labor etc. as per drawing and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & making of fully drawer storage unit made up of 19mm thk. Commercial plywood with heavy duty sliding channel & with 6mm thick commercial plywood for back . 19mm plywood for top, bottom, front of shelves. Side of the drawer to be of 12mm thick & bottom to be as per the requirement. 1mm thick approved laminate to be fixed on exposed surfaces of unit. All faces to be laminated. Including items such as individual lock for all drawers, hinges, tower bolt, handle to be of heavy duty & approved make only.

WOODEN CABINET: Providing & fixing cabinet with shutter made up of 19 mm. Commercial ply of approved make for top, bottom, sides & shelves & 8mm commercial ply approved make for back side, with inner side 0.8mm thk Laminate. Door shutter made up of 19mm thick commercial ply and outer surfaces and top and bottom of shelves should be laminated with 1.5mm thick approved plastic laminate sheet of required colour including all brass fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, ball catches, stopper, handle, knobs as per shown in drawing or approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc.and all exposed edges lipping with 6mm Thick T.W. lipping patti.locking arrangement with Godrej multipurpose lock etc. all complete as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

WOODEN PARTITION : Providing, making, erecting partitions (fully panneled) to required ht. With teak wood frame of 50mmx50mm in 600mm sq. panel or as required at site the wooden panneling with 6mm commercial plywood of approved make and quality on both sides of partition with 6mm groove. The glazed portion teak wood 30mmx12mm bedding on both sides to the required shape skirting at bottom on both the sides to required shape and skirting at bottom on both sides with 125mm x 12mm teak wood and top patti with 125 x 20mm T.W.to required flap/or as filler between the wall/ceiling/flooring and partition required all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing 1.5mm thick approved laminate of required colour over existing surfaces along with the adhesive all as required specification design etc. complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing vertical blinds (Premier Quality) 100mm regular quality make made from 100% polyster yarn coated with fade resistance polymer to ensure minimum light transmittance having suitable coating on exterior in all respect as per design and instruction of EIC. Scope also includes removing of existing blinds and handing over to the concerned engineer or disposing the same as per the instructions of Engineer-incharge.[AS PER SAMPLE AVAILABLE AT SITE] [Payment will be made on actual Mesurement basis. Windows mesurement to be taken before installation of roller blinds for achieving one piece work. ]

FOOT REST : Providing of foot rest made out of 12mm commercial plywood of approved make 18 inch x 12 inch to required angle & height including providing 6mm thick T.W.beeding all around the exposed edges and making necessary cut outs/openings both sides of the foot rest as per site requirement and all surfaces to be finished with laminates of approved shed etc. complete as per specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
